The people there were very kind. They did a thorough exam and with my insurance I was able to get two pairs of glasses for only $20!

Dr. Berbos is very detail, easy to talk to, and like to spend time with patient to discuss and answer questions. He even called me twice to find out how I was doing. It is hard to find the doctor like Dr. Berbos. I am taking my family eyes check up with Dr. Berbos.

Had my daughter's baptism after party here and it was simple and beautiful. They have a nice size room that fits plenty of guest. They have 2 bathrooms and one has a changing table which is a plus! Very friendly and the cost goes to a very good cause for our community. I recommend to rent this hall!

This is a fantastic place to get glasses. The customer service is very good, and the doctor is personable and knowledgeable. Delia helped me out today, and she took really good care of me. They were even getting close to closing time and I mentioned that we needed to wrap it up so they could leave on time, but she just kept on helping me find the perfect pair of glasses and sunglasses. She went above and beyond! I've only had friendly, professional interactions with the people here. If you want great service, you'll come here.

My family and I have been working with this office for many years. They had a nice and friendly staff and made sure you're in a comfortable situation at all steps. But sadly, everything is changed! To begin with, their new location and parking spots are extremely inconvenient. Erica at the front desk is one of the least pleasant people I have ever had to talk to in person. She is rude, hangs up on you, and can't seem to ever even force a smile. She makes it clear that the whole experience is not going to go well. A “student” which I did not know she is a “student” called me to follow her for the eye exams. She never mentioned she is a student, I thought she is the doctor assistant and like before she is going to ask basic questions and do basic eye exams, and then Dr. Smouse comes and check my eyes. However, she finished all the eye exams by herself, and Doctor did not show up. However, because she, the “Student”, diagnosed an additional exam with extra charges needs to be done, she said she will ask doctor if he wants to do that. After I refused to do that, Dr. Smouse showed up and immediately after entering the room rudely said “What is going on”!!!. When he found out I am unhappy about the eye exam procedure with a student he said nothing and behaved like ‘that’s what it is..’!! I left the office and did not do additional exam. Surprisingly, they charged me for a normal annual exam fee even though Dr. Smouse never checked or tested my eyes.

Dr. Oland is a wonderful optometrist, kind, well mannered, and a true gentleman! He is highly knowledgeable and would go to great lengths to achieve what you are looking for! … More

It’s my first time at Bronx Eye Care and I am 100% satisfied. I was able to get my glasses the same day with progressive, transition, and anti glare. Santa was very helpful and very nice.

The 5 star rating is 100% deserved, I've been coming here since 2012 for eye exams, glasses, and contacts and I have never had a problem. This is my favorite place to get my glasses. Affordable frames with good discounts and the doctor and staff are so knowledgeable and friendly! Dr. Mehta makes you feel comfortable and is super kind. The opticians know what they are doing, find you deals, and have created a great environment. In my latest visit one of the opticians (Heather) was so helpful and kind every step of the way! For sure would recommend for glasses, contacts, sunglasses, and eye exams!
