The staff is great. Dr Glennie is the best in town at getting the prescription correct, and I've been to many others. In addition, he spends a lot of time with patients, explaining their options.

On the day of my visit, the office was inundated with emergency patients and a little understaffed but the staff that was there (Robin, Jen & Heather) were amazing and handled everything in a timely manner. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and was seen on time. Dr. Patel was very kind and attentive to my health concerns, offering me various treatment options and services. I felt heard and cared for. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and the staff at the Torrington CT Sight MD.

My recent cataract surgery with Dr. Twist was a complete success. My eyesight has been poor since grade school. I'm thrilled to be able to wake up in the morning and see so clearly! I find Dr. Twist to be extremely capable and I thoroughly trust his medical expertise. He is patient, kind, and took the time to call me at home after each procedure. The office is very efficient and his staff is wonderful (Margaret and Suzette to name a couple). I've read some unflattering reviews and I honestly wonder if these people are talking about the same doctor? I couldn't be more pleased with the care I've received from Dr. Twist.

I recently visited this optometry office and was really impressed with the level of care and service I received. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. The optometrist was thorough and patient, and I felt like they genuinely cared about my vision and eye health. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for high-quality eye care.

Scam company! I've been paying premiums to them for almost a year. They never sent my ID cards, even after I contacted them 10 times. I was given a fake member ID number from them, and multiple lies that my ID cards were on the way.
