First appt at the Fort Pierce location with Dr. Olivo, I informed the Dr that I couldn't stay for the dilation of the eyes and I was informed that I needed to make a 2nd appt for the dilation. Fine, I made a 2nd appt at the Port St Lucie location. I was taken in at the appointed time by the MA who did some tests and said that Dr. Olivo would be right in. 45 minutes later Dr. Olivo comes in, puts drops in my eyes and says I'll be back in 10 minutes or so. Dr. Olivo never came back so after waiting another 45 minutes, I got up and left. Before that, I asked the MA and some other staff member to let me know when the doctor would be in, "he'll be right in" I was told...I don't know what is going on in the Port St Lucie office but that's ridiculous and I will never be back. I had the front lady print out my prescription and I'll get my glasses at another office that is on my insurance. I complained to the eye vendor my insurance uses and a review on Google! What a waste of time!!!

They are no longer open. Dr. Rawlinson is back in Michigan and something fishy seems to have occurred. Dr. Benaim is at the Jupiter office and he seems like a very fine doctor.

They are very helpful and family oriented company! I strongly recommend!

Terrible customer service they don’t answer the phone they don’t care about customer just because I arrived 5 minutes later they told me to re schedule my appointment I will said to people staying away from this bad vibe place

Had a great experience at St. Lucie Eye. Office staff was wonderful and Guissella Grieco did a fabulous job of assisting me with regular glasses and sunglasses. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful.

I've been going to St. Lucie Eye for years. I initially started at the St. Lucie West location and due to conflict in scheduling because of work, it made more sense to move over to the Tiffany location. While I always felt welcome at the off in St. Lucie West (great staff there as well), I did not regret shifting to Tiffany. The entire team is super helpful, understanding, patient, kind, welcoming, and just all around amazing. My Eye Dr. (I am bad with names) is humorous, down to earth, explains every question in detail, and from his demeanor he possesses a genuine care for his area of expertise. I highly recommend St. Lucie Eye. I am grateful to have found the care provided to me of such a great team, who shows compassion, kindness and overall great team work.

Absolutely amazing staff and doctor. Dr. Karli and her staff were so professional, efficient and humanly kind. Took my elderly mom and can’t say enough about how thorough and nicely she was treated. I recommend St Lucie Eye to anyone looking for an excellent eye care professional.
