Dr. Tran and his staff are the best! Very friendly and professional! Amazing & fast service I highly recommend! You will not be disappointed!

This place helped me right on the spot when I needed it the most and I truly appreciate them both for it. I can now see perfectly with the contact lens I needed. They have just about everything you need for your eyes and if they don't they will order it and you'll receive it with 5-7 days. I had to wait over a month at other places and pay much more.

My son has been doing Ortho-K at Dr. James Truong’s office for nearly 5 years now. The results are great. He didn’t have any trouble seeing or have any kind of infections. If you need help, just ask them for a consultation. The staffs are nice and helpful.

My husband and I went here get to eye exams and new prescription glasses. The entire process was made so easy by the staff and they truly made us feel like family. They were quick to answer any questions or concerns we had, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will be returning customers for life!

Well I had appointment with this company along with my 2 children there appointments went easy without a hitch mine on the other hand wasn't first they said that the only way to accept or bill my insurance was if I had a medical reason. I put on the paper work that I was diabetic any ways so I thought I was cool after that couldn't afford the procedure that I wanted but on with it the appointment was quick at the end my children got there prescription for new glasses I didn't I had to pay 22 dollars for a piece of paper which I thought was covered by my insurance ohio Medicaid and Medicare.

She's very knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Wang takes the time to spend with you and explains to you what is going on with your eyes.

Optometry by the Bay is the best. Dr. Yari Diez gave me the most thorough and comprehensive eye exam ever. She was professional, courteous and most importantly reassuring about the state of health of my eyes. Her staff members were attentive and friendly too. I will recommend them to my friends and family without hesitation.
