Not usually one to leave feedback, but Dr. Shaw was extremely friendly, personable, and thorough with the exam. She took her time explaining everything to me & encouraged me to ask questions. The technician who helped me pick out new glasses was just as friendly & had a great sense of style with frames. Wouldn't hesitate to come back again!

I am so glad I found a different group to handle my macular degeneration. Besides the fact that this office messed up the insurance paperwork repeatedly and the office staff are all sullen, I suffered unnecessary pain with the procedures. The injection always hurt, and my eye burned for hours after the procedure. I could not wear my contacts the next day. Now I am with a different group, the shot is painless, and I have no irritation afterwords. I do not recommend this group AT ALL.

I love this establishment! Everyone is so friendly and professional, and they are also willing to help. I misplaced my Prescription and called to get them to fax it to me, and Natasha answered and was so pleasant and quickly helped me within a matter of five minutes. I had the prescription. I think that is excellent customer service, seeing as most people will make you wait hours if not a full day or longer. I also love the doctor not only is he very easy on the eyes, but he’s super professional and so easy to work with. I have a large family and my husband and I go with my two sons so we all can get our check up at the same time and I also appreciate that. 100% that you go here, if you need glasses! Several options to choose from too from high-end to very affordable frames!

What a pleasant visit to the eye doctor's office! So this was my first time coming there with my daughter. We had the same optometrist for about 12 years but I wanted someone here in the area, close to our new home. I appreciate the promptness, professionalism, timeliness, and attention to detail given by this office. I'm glad they are so close to our new home and I feel confident that we will get the best care there.

Had a perfect experience with the exam and the staff there in the exam room. Came in early and my exam was done and I was on my way home before my appointment time.
