I have been going to the Hamburg Vision Center for some time now and have never been disappointed. Entire staff is very friendly and give you a warm welcome every time. Dr. Santos is amazing and truly knows her profession and it shows. She is extremely detailed in her examinations but also very personable. After you have met with her you feel you have come away with a good deal of knowledge/understanding about your eyes. Vision care at this facility is of the highest level and all are very professional.

Great experience and awesome customer service. Not trying to get you to buy expensive glasses. Family owned and operated. J & J will be my recommendation to everyone for a total eyeglass and exam.

We had a great experience with the doctors and staff at Elevated Eyecare. The technicians were patient and explained the procedures thoroughly before beginning (including any costs) before starting the procedure. One of the technicians noticed my son liked baseball and engaged him in conversation, which helped relax him and make him feel more at ease during his first visit. They were extremely patient as my other son tried contact lenses for the first time. I felt the doctor listened to me and actually addressed concerns that other eye doctors have written off for years. I appreciate their attention to detail and the office's communication before during, and after the appointment. Highly recommended.

This location has the best people in the business Michelle was knowledgeable and assist me with respect. The optician Dr lietz is the best and please thanks to Jennifer for the wonderful Customers service. The owner is just an amazing person

The Sandy, UT Target Optical was AMAZING. Their customer service was simply outstanding. Rachelle took the time needed to help my wife when she really needed help. The doctor was the best. He took his time and made me feel comfortable. The cost for the exam was very affordable as well. We will keep going there and nowhere else.

I absolutely love Dr. Angela Haas and optician Amanda! They take the time to listen to your questions and concerns, are very knowledgeable, kind, honest and all around make you feel well taken care of! I’ve been coming here for years and will continue to do so which such five star attentive staff! Thank you ladies for the great work you do! Does not go unnoticed!

Incredibly efficient office, with short wait time. Doctor Smith, and his entire office staff, is consistently pleasant and extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I came in for a 2nd opinion a few years ago, and decided I wouldn't go anywhere else. This office is one stop shopping for ALL your ophthalmology needs.

I came in for an acute issue. I saw a doctor pretty quickly (after about an hour) and had labs and imaging done two hours after that. But the imaging came back, the problem was still not diagnosed, and shift change occurred. The doctor on the new shift discharged me over my objections/concerns that the problem was not diagnosed and that I was still in pain. I had no option to appeal. They suggested I follow up with a primary care physician even after I reminded them that person sent me to the ER. Overall - it was a positive experience up until the sudden discharge and lack of diagnosis. I will try a different hospital next time and hope for better care.

Just got back from my appointment. I was a little worried going in because of some of the negative reviews but honestly the office is AMAZING! I guess some people can’t be pleased? I was early and was seen as soon as I came in. ALL of the staff and the doctor were SO NICE and professional! And i felt taken care of the whole time. The office was clean, perfectly sized and yeah. I don’t know what more you could ask for. Happy to call this my eye place going forward! They worked with me to figure out my prescription for contacts and glasses and were trying to find a solution that worked for my job and lifestyle. I love them. I came to write this review because I almost didn’t choose them and I wanted to make my experience known. The perfect eye place AND they were affordable and didn’t try to upsell me on things. Love this place

I do not have a good experience with this provider. I explained to the doctor high light sensitivity and other issues that I have. After checking my eye, they said they really don't know what can be done and maybe I should just keep taking the teardrop that I was taking. Instead of solving my problem, they were very eager to sign me up for an "eye exam" for which I had to pay out of pocket since they did not accept my insurance (vsp). And when I denied paying for the exam (which is irrelevant to my problem), the front desk staff turned very cold and unwelcoming. Later, I went to another provider and they diagnosed that I have developed dry eye disease, which these doctors did not mention even once.
