Came in for my yearly eye exam. From the time I walked in until I left I was pleased. Joe waited on me at the counter and gave me my paperwork, Taylor took me back and started all the tests, then Dr. Pearl and Amanda came in to do the testing. What a awesome experience. Everything was explained to me and when i did not understand it was ok. Joe then measured my eyes for my new glasses. Rowe deserves a high five for everything. Oh and the cleanliness of the office was great. I highly recommend Rowe.

The whole atmosphere of the Rowe office is friendly and helpful. I had gone to a previous eye clinic that was so busy the staff had no time for anyone. At Rowe they are with you from the moment you walk in till you leave.

I had a great experience here. My initial visit was for some eye pain but they ended up doing a full exam. I bought my new glasses elsewhere but they allowed me to check my prescription with them and do a follow up check due to some headaches. They saw me immediately as a walk in. Would highly recommend them.

I'm fairly new to the area and thought I'd try this place since they're in my neighborhood and most of their reviews were pretty good. I dropped by a couple of weeks ago and the lady at the front desk told me the earliest an optometrist could see was a month later and then it would take another 2 weeks to get glasses. So I was looking at waiting 6 weeks to get a pair of prescription eyeglasses!!! š²
I couldn't wait that long so I went down the road to Walmart. The optometrist there gave me an exam the very next day and a week later I had 2 pairs of glasses. No issues whatsoever and the Walmart vision staff were very helpful and professional.

I went in with a very painful sty that turned into a cyst and they were so helpful. Staff was very understanding and the doctors were quite gentle. Highly recommend!

I love the doctor that Iām seeing what this practice. Thereās no problem with the medical side of this practice But the business side is pretty bad. They refused to fix their phone system. Itās so sophisticated that no one can really use it properly. If you leave a message you never get a return phone call. I left a message a week and a half ago on the 1 prompt, which is for serious cases that have certain symptoms. No one has ever return my phone call, nor can you get anyone on the phone. I drove down to the main office in Saint Augustine last week and told the receptionist about me leaving a message and no one returned my phone call. Her answer was they donāt have enough people to return phone calls. Sorry. They only prompt where you MIGHT talk to a real person is if you hit ānormal appointmentsā. They can only help so much because all they do is appointments. They send messages to the rest of the staff, but sometimes those messages either donāt get there or they donāt get proper follow up. Hey office manager ā¦ā¦.GET A REALISTIC PHONE SYSTEM OR FIX THE ONE YOU HAVE.

This practice is very well organized and very well staffed. My experience here has been very good.
I had cataract surgery on both of my eyes, and I was very impressed with his level of sophisticated equipment at the site and amazed at their surgical suite that was very similar to a hospital. Friendly and caring staff. Dr. Hund was informative and professional, as well as friendly.
I highly recommend this practice.

I had cataract surgery on one eye early March. The entire process was unacceptable of a Healthcare facility. Appointments were not honored in sequential order, Stevie in pre-op paperwork could not answer a single question associated with the facilities paperwork or what insurance covered vs. patient out-of-pocket. Stevie also could no explain Credit Care option posted on her desk. Not a single associate at front desk or in the optical shop ever answered my calls or returned my call after l left a voice mail
I had to physically go to the office, sign in as if l had an appointment,appointment and then ask questions. No onsite staff could answer my questions, but assured me the proper dept. would get back to me. No one ever did. Be prepared to wait aia minimum of 3-weeks to receive glasses as shipped to off-site lab to be made. I continue to receive invoices and collection calls, however do not owe any money. Office dies not return calls. Off-site billing unable to reach a liv person. I went to the office and waited to speak with the office manager and relayed all these issues to her. If l could gice the iffice a zero rating, l would. Do not give this facility your business.answer questions, but promised the proper person would get back to me. No one ever did. The optical shop apparently now sends off-siye for lenses to be made. Be prepared to wait ain

Dr Koike treated my mother for the last 4 years of her life. He gave her more relief in that time than her prior Dr had in 15 years. It's no surprise that I would choose him for my eyes. I have seen him for 5 years and have absolute confidence in his diagnosis and treatment. He and the staff have always been highly efficient, professional and so personable. Thank you all !

At Florida Eye Specialists I am fortunate to have Jason F Miles as my doctor. Iām very impressed with him. He is thorough, explores every aspect of my care plan and even included another specialist to confirm his thinking. His team is amazing as well. I will go into eye surgery with confidence.
