With great patience and exceptional skill, Dr. Tolentino has been able to preserve my vision from the ravages of macular degeneration for fifteen years. When I was first diagnosed with this terrible disease I searched everywhere for a super specialist who could help me while I could still see. Dr. Tolentino had the unusual qualifications I needed to treat the impending loss of vision I feared My prognosis was dire and complex. Neverthelss, Dr. Tolentino began to treat what turned out to be years of ups and downs with retinal bleeding,, swelling, and slow deterioration. My condition proved to be resistant to therapy. Nevetheless, Dr. Tolentino administered in sequence all the latest drugs as they were discovered and made available. He was confident he could help me. I however anticipated and tried to accept the severe limitations of the impending dim vision I dreaded. I never missrd a scheduled treatment, but I feared at each visit, Dr. Tolentino would tell me he could help me no further. To my astonishment, today my vision is clear and I can drive without fear. I have also been able to continue my extensive reading and writing. Assuredly, there has been some loss of visual acutity, but from my point of view, Dr. Tolentino'st treatments have been a miracle. Dr. Tolintino has taken care of me for a few years now and he is very meticulous with my care. He has always explained to me in great detail of my eye condition. I rate the good Doctor as the best eye specialist I have ever seen with my condition.

There is not another practice with more accomplished doctors. I wish I could say the same for the accounting department. Pay with a check and keep copies of all canceled checks. Work with your insurance provider to apply leverage when they make mistakes and do not correct them. it is the accounting department that stole the 5th star from this review.

This was our first time, and will surely be our last time Doctor HARBUCK was very standoffish. No personal people skills at all. Very rude very spaced out like as if he was somewhere else, and not in the present in front of me and my young daughter, when he came out to get her, I asked if I could come in the room. He turned to me and his response was, I don’t care, ugh…. this was a very strange and awkward visit. I cannot even believe he is allowed to see patients.

Unlike most persons with negative reviews here, I've been treated with kindness and efficiency several times when I've been there for an appointment or to buy contacts. I always treat others like they matter, and I feel in return receive that same energy back.

I had good luck with the young lady that waited on me. She was very helpful, with the lenses. I got what I asked for.

From my very first appointment with Dr. Weinkle to my cataract surgery and after care ~ my experience has been amazing. Dr. Weinkle and his entire staff have given me the best care, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable at every visit. I went into my surgery feeling a little nervous of course but mostly confident and very excited about being able to see clearly again. The procedure was quick, easier than expected and totally pain free! I was so used to having poor vision, I don't think I realized how much it was affecting my daily life. Now, each morning when I wake up and open my eyes I am filled with so much gratitude. Thank you Dr. Weinkle, the entire staff at Palm Coast Eye Center and Sarasota Physicians Surgical Center!

I could go into detail about how I've had to wear glasses since the age of 6( I'm 59 now) or how bad my eyesight has deteriorated in the last few years, but I'd rather talk about how I've gained the best eyesight of my life since Dr. Weinkle performed cataract surgery on both eyes. My eyesight has been nothing short of amazing, I can see with a clarity I've never had before!! I never realized until I started losing my eyesight, just how much I took my vision for granted. It is a gift, and through Dr. Weinkle's skill and expertise as a surgeon, he has restored that gift to it's full potential and I am beyond grateful. Thank you so much Dr. Weinkle, you have changed my life in a way I did not think was possible. And while I am at it, thank you for your wonderful staff, they are great If you are having issues with failing eyesight, I highly recommend Dr. Weinkle. Thank you again!!
