Extremely well run clinic w/a great staff & they seem to work like a team. No real wait to see a doctor even as me being a new patient. I do recommend that as a new patient it is best to go on their website to get the forms & have it already filled out, that cuts down waiting time & always bring the proper ID including the insurance info. Dr. James Yocum seems to be a great opthalmogist & a specialist in the field of blocked š¢ tear ducts. Totally recommend him for this reason as his practice is in my insurance plan also.

I did an online appointment request and never heard back for a week, so called them today to do a follow up and talked to the rudest human being. Ohh, I should also mention her exact words were āwe donāt have any appointments until next yearā ok, soā¦you couldnāt let someone know this? Andā¦you canāt be anymore accommodating to new patients?
This type of ācustomer serviceā is how you lose business

It's my first time here and while the wait may be long due to being under staffed, the customer service is impeccable !!! From Jennifer at the front desk to Katie to Nicole the service was amazing. Nicole actually went out to my vehicle to get my Cane which I left behind.
I had terrible back spasms during my visit and all staff were very attentive. I thank you all for your kindness. šā¤ļø

Time to find a new eye doctor. I have been going here for almost 15 years, and itās always been an easy and enjoyable experience. Earlier this year I had gone in for a contact appointment to get a new annual supply of contacts. I did the exam and they wanted me to try a new kind of contact for astigmatism they said may be more comfortable. They ordered me trials, and then I came back in a week or two to get them. I wore them for a week or two to see if I can get used to them, but after a couple weeks I just liked my old pair better. I told them I wanted to order my old pair and they had me come in wearing my current contacts to make sure they still fit my eye ok still. Afterwards, they placed the order. Fast forward months, and Iām grabbing my contacts at home and see Iām almost out, and realized I never got my new order. I called to inquire and they had no clue what was going on. The first person I talked to said that she couldnāt even find the order. She said sheād call me back. She then called back and said the order was picked up on 8/4. I told her that was impossible because I was out of town that week. She seemed confused herself and said she would have someone else call me back. I get a call back and Iām told that they were just marked as delivered. I asked when and she couldnāt tell me. I asked for a tracking number and she didnāt have one. I told her if they were shipped there is no way they shouldnāt have a tracking number. She said I could make another order but it would have to go through my insurance. I wasnāt paying another $700 for contacts I never received. I said I need a tracking number or I was going to dispute the charge with my bank. She said sheād call back. She calls back and gives me a tracking number. I go online and enter the tracking number and it says itās either invalid or since more than 120 days went by I canāt get the tracking information. Iām not even bothering calling back as they were zero help. Basically youāre S.O.L mentality. I never received my ordered. After 15 years I will be finding a more organized eye doctor. I understand they went through an entire staffing change earlier this year, and not for the better. Itās not my fault their disorganization caused my contacts to go MIA. Very disappointed as I used to love going there. So I guess Iām just out of an annual subscription, and Iāll be wearing glasses until I find a new doctor.

Do not go here. Showed up for my appointment. I am in an wheelchair and the lady working the front desk would not even talk to me. 45 minutes after my original appointment time I was finally seen which guaranteed I would not be able to look at glasses. All of the employees out front were in a hurry to leave for the day. We went to another store to pick out glasses (Palm Coast) where they were extremely helpful. Afterwards we noticed that they had given me someone else's paperwork. A clear HIPPA violation and not only that it was entered in the system under me. Had we not caught it my prescription would have been completely off. Go to a different location. They don't care about their patients here

Came in for my yearly eye exam. From the time I walked in until I left I was pleased. Joe waited on me at the counter and gave me my paperwork, Taylor took me back and started all the tests, then Dr. Pearl and Amanda came in to do the testing. What a awesome experience. Everything was explained to me and when i did not understand it was ok. Joe then measured my eyes for my new glasses. Rowe deserves a high five for everything. Oh and the cleanliness of the office was great. I highly recommend Rowe.

The staff is cordial knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Horning is fantastic and very thorough in his eye exams. I appreciate his input and his skill. The other day he gave me one of the most complete and thorough eye examinations and assessment are Iāve had in a long time.

The whole atmosphere of the Rowe office is friendly and helpful. I had gone to a previous eye clinic that was so busy the staff had no time for anyone. At Rowe they are with you from the moment you walk in till you leave.

I had a great experience here. My initial visit was for some eye pain but they ended up doing a full exam. I bought my new glasses elsewhere but they allowed me to check my prescription with them and do a follow up check due to some headaches. They saw me immediately as a walk in. Would highly recommend them.

I'm fairly new to the area and thought I'd try this place since they're in my neighborhood and most of their reviews were pretty good. I dropped by a couple of weeks ago and the lady at the front desk told me the earliest an optometrist could see was a month later and then it would take another 2 weeks to get glasses. So I was looking at waiting 6 weeks to get a pair of prescription eyeglasses!!! š²
I couldn't wait that long so I went down the road to Walmart. The optometrist there gave me an exam the very next day and a week later I had 2 pairs of glasses. No issues whatsoever and the Walmart vision staff were very helpful and professional.
