I’ve been seeing Dr Cosgrove for 25 years and she did cataract surgery on both of my eyes. I trust her completely. She’s a fantastic ophthalmologist!

Dr Nozaki has been my optometrist for over 20 years. He is the only doctor I trust with my family’s eye care. He is very kind and takes as much time as necessary to make sure you understand your condition, and whatever procedures you need. He updates his equipment often, so you can be assured you are getting the best care. His office staff is also friendly and professional. They have been very helpful with checking my insurance, and any other questions I may have. I really can’t recommend Dr. Nozaki and his staff highly enough. They are like family.

Dr Benham from B&B optometry is the best optometrist!! She makes sure that all of your questions are answered and genuinely cares about her patients. My family and I have been going to Dr. Benham for 20+ years and will never go anywhere else bc of her individualize and exceptional care. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I attempted to make an appointment after three back-and-forth conversations. I wanted a Saturday appointment on 01-21-2023. I was first told yes, then told no. I requested if I could take the exam on Saturday only to assist with the time limits the office has and was told no. Then, I received two more calls, only to be told that I could not be accommodated until February 4 because I was a new contact consultant. I do not comprehend whether this is what eye appointments entail. quite perplexed.. seems to me that scheduling is not an easy thing to do with this organization

It’s the best experience I’ve ever had at an eye doctor. Dr. Martin takes her time with you and answers any questions you have. She really cares. Despite this, I’ve never experienced a significant wait there. Well managed office!

Dr. Bakewell is excellent. I presented for cataract surgery with high myopia and high astigmatism , having had worn glasses and contacts since childhood. Since I had success with a blended vision, contact lens prescription, we opted for premium intraocular toric lenses.(pricey but worth it) with one eye set for distance, and the other for near. I now have 20/20 distance and near vision with no need for glasses. The surgery and recovery were flawless and the consultations were thorough and professional. I highly recommend the organization in general and Dr. Bakewell in particular.

I recommend making an appointment here if you love wasting your time. They skip patients and make you wait hours. The doctor may be decent but nothing can replace your valuable time.

Happy to take my business to this place. Great customer service and great prices. I will never go back to big corporations that don’t value their customers and overprice everything. This local store is fantastic.
