Dr. Scott is the best & very patient. Whoever the other optometrist is, left me crying walking out. In my opinion with no resolution. She seemed impatient and answered all of my questions like I was ignorant. Even with an appointment, there is always a minimum of an hour wait. Also, I don't believe my prescription is correct. Which is the reason for the visit in the first place. She gave me literally the exact same prescription I told her was giving me headaches and looked at me with a glare like I haven't been wearing glasses since I was 9 years old and should know when my prescription doesn't seem correct. By the way I'm 40 now. I'm never coming back and this isn't the first bad experience I have had at this location. I haven't been here in years and decided to give them another try. But my last visit confirmed why I stopped patronizing this place. Sorry Dr. Scott!! If possible, you should train your optometrist about friendlier interactions. The secretaries are always helpful. Always! Blessings anyway'

Keylin is phenomenal… I will come back again because of her. The way she talks to customers and make you feel with warm welcome ….is just…. Perfectly splendid…I got Nikon replacement 2 pairs of glasses under warranty, she took care of me very well …she killed me with her kindness and professionalism.

The staff is always very helpful at the Target Optical at 3931 S Gilbert Rd. Alice helped find which discounts were best for my needs. They stay reasonably busy, but always do their best to help in a timely manner and the space is clean and well kept.

I called to make an appointment for my mom after changing her current dr due to insurance coverage change. She has a glacoma and will need to see a dr to keep eye pressure stable and monitored.they push her to december and now we are in September I explained how important to schedule her soon to check eye pressure but they kept her appointment till December.seems they don't care about patients vision or and how this disease is challenging .

Absolutely amazing service. I have come to Seattle for a vacation from the UK to join an Alaskan cruise. British Airways have lost my luggage which contained my contact lenses for the duration of the trip plus some extras i carried with me. Visions Northwest came to my rescue and supplied me with a week's worth of Disposable contact lenses with some backups free of charge! I have been so stressed but am so thankful to the lovely lady that helped me out. Thank you so so much- you have saved me alot of anguish and further stress!!! 🙏🙂

He is an excellent Physician. He was able to accommodate my Dad with his cataract surgery in such short notice. My family and I can't thank him enough. My Dad's vision is excellent. Thank you Dr.Pang.

Dr. Stovall and his team are OUTSTANDING. In today's world, to not feel like a "number" and that a location and doctor is just "going through the motions" is something that I value. Everyone here is patient and kind and explains every step of the process and exactly what to expect during your visit. Laura is AWESOME and always helps me with my fittings and picking our glasses that I love! THANK YOU!

While we were looking for reading intervention programs for our children, we learned that a condition called visual processing disorder can also cause difficulties with reading, among other things. Once I learned more about visual processing disorder, I wondered why children aren’t being screened for this condition early on. Apparently in other countries it’s standard practice. What is auditory processing? It goes beyond how clearly an eye can see or not. It is about how well (or not) the brain processes visual information it receives from the eyes. It turns out it is a fundamental function that can affect a person’s learning and ability to visually take in everything around you. ** By the way, auditory processing is a related condition that operates similarly but it’s an ear-to-brain connection instead. More on that under a separate review of an amazing auditory processing specialist, Dr. Bea Braun ** We found out about Dr. Beth Ballinger through a special education professional who stated she was THE absolute authority in this field, and I cannot possibly overstate how true this is. She not only has decades of experience; she can also tie it into how this presents specific challenges for someone. She also happens to be a fierce advocate for the special needs community. Dr. Ballinger has given us invaluable references to other specialists who are also advocates. Dr. Ballinger and her team have been a godsend for our family. She has a solid, experienced team that performs the visual therapy under her direction. They know their stuff, they’re kind and patient, and keep the lessons as engaging as possible. Her front office staff is also fantastic and they are wonderful with scheduling and insurance claims. This is truly an amazing team! Knowing what I know now, I think it’s important for all children’s visual processing systems to be screened early on. Consider this my PSA for all parents, especially those with kids who have special needs/sensory processing issues. Visual processing screening should be standard practice. Thank you, Dr. Ballinger!
