Sherika fixed my dad’s glasses today. She provided a very fast, kind and courteous service! I know where to go for sure for any optical issues in the future and would recommend this place highly.

I got a phone call earlier this week, advising that my glasses were in. Upon my arrival to the office, I was told to have a seat. The wait wasn't long. I was helped out by Vanessa. From the beginning, she gave me attitude. It seemed as if though she was in a bad mood. She was borderline, taking down to me. She was being sarcastic the whole time. It was annoying. As I waited, Vanessa came out with only brought out one pair of glasses. When I asked about the second pair, she said they weren't in yet. I asked why I received a call advising that my order was in. She said she didn't know what I was talking about and proceeded to put the blame on someone else. I ended up leaving the glasses, and I told her that I would them up when my order was complete. It sucks that I'm giving this place a 1 star review because Dr. Grey is one of the best, but they need to do something about the office staff.

Always enjoy coming to see Dr Vo. His staff is so friendly and take good care of you. And as for Dr Vo, he is the absolute best! He explains things so well and is just the kindest man. I always enjoy my visits every year. He has new equipment now and it’s very exciting to finally see my eye as he sees it. It’s been several years now that I’ve been seeing him and I will continue. Highly recommend.

Made an appointment a month in advance for eye exam for contacts just to walk in and the receptionist say we only do glasses. I thought wow how hard is it to ask a potential client if it's for glasses or contacts??

Dr. Vanaki is the best eye doctor I have ever been to. I highly reccomend! Love the atmosphere of the office.

Not only was the Doctor courteous and helpful and knowledgeable. She is very beautiful. The customer service representative was also very helpful and understanding of my concerns and went way beyond the ordinary to alleviate any reservations.

The best staff! Tim is very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Luke has the best personality of any eye doc I’ve bee experienced. Front staff is kind, courteous, and welcoming.

I started going to Dr. Downs over a year ago. He is so nice and very patient. They did tests that I never had before to check the health of my eyes. His staff is friendly, helpful and patient in helping choose your new glasses. They have beautiful frames to choose from. They also gave me a discount since I don’t have eye insurance. I recommend this office.

Convenient location. Easy parking. A well run office with a very pleasant staff and a great doctor.

I had the pleasure of having an appointment with Dr. Alesha today and the appointment was nothing short of seamless. I was in and out very quickly. She answered any questions I had in detail and is very knowledgeable. I even got the cutest pair of glasses and the rest of the staff was very helpful in my search with recommendations on what looked best on me. Amazing experience - will absolutely be going back for my next eye appointment!
