Amanda was excellent. She was very helpful and explained all of my options. It was a very pleasant experience. Kudos to the Doctor, her staff and the LensCrafters staff.

Quick scheduling right next day, quick turnaround and checkup for my prescription update. I did not encounter anyone rude, everyone at the desk was polite and helpful. The doctor herself also did not rush anything whenever I needed some time to think over my choices.

The staff was very patient with my son, but once we stepped out to get glasses for my daughter, no one was to be found. The lady working the eye glasses had went on her lunch break. I understand needing to eat, I'm not a terrible person, but If you knowingly have patients in office needing to pick out glasses and then measure them, why would you take a one hour lunch break? I was told that I could wait for her to come back. Here's the thing- I had my three kids all under the age of 4 with me and we live over an hour away. It is not my job as a patient to be considerate to your needs, I don't work there. I took my three screaming kids home, and wasn't able to order glasses for my daughter. I called the office 4 times on the way home, and no one answered. I finally got ahold of a corporate number and they told me if they aren't answering the office that I would need to go inside to speak with someone about getting the glasses ordered. Well, gee. Why didn't I think of that?.. a week passed, and I was able to go back to get them ordered and the lady was so rude as if I am inconveniencing her. I wouldn't even be making this review if just one person would have taken the second to help us. When you work in a place of business, you are suppose to do everything in your power to make your patients feel at ease and comfortable. I will not be going back.

I want to thank Dr Burke for being so kind, patient and attentive! His staff call me in after i had a terrible experience at the other location, but he was able to correct my prescription and help me out. Thank Dr. Burke!! I will sure be coming back.

I waited two months for my glasses. During this long process, I dealt with Paula, the office manager. She's very rude and doesn't listen. She talks very fast so you can't get a word in. I had to contact my insurance regarding the wait time. After my glasses arrived, I informed the staff my vision was blurry. They insisted I wear them a couple of days and then come back. I wore them a week. I couldn't drive at night and had other issues. I had to make another appointment just to tell them the same thing. The appointment turned into another appointment with the doctor. This was more time without the new glasses and taking off of work. I went to the doctor and there were some issues found within the prescription. My next stop, back to the optical department with Paula. She totally blamed the problem on my frames. I told her the doctor stated they weren't aligned right but she continued to stand on the fact it was the frames. She wouldn't let me go get another pair of frames and come back. She said I need an appointment. They're very busy. No one was in the shop. I still don't have a pair of glasses. My glasses were over a thousand dollars. This is unacceptable! DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!

Dr. Jones is wonderful! Our family has gone to him for over 20 years. Each visit is a great experience and his team is very thorough and patient.

My elderly parent saw Dr Tahir for a long overdue appointment. The patience exhibited by Dr Tahir and his staff was amazing. New glasses are ordered and a very happy gentleman will see clearly very soon. Thank you, Dr Tahir and staff for your professionalism and wonderful display of kindness today.

Dr. Harish Raja was recommended to me by a friend. I went to him to check the health of my eyes. I scheduled an appointment by calling, and confirmed my appointment by text and was able to do all my check in information on line. Parking was free and very easy with many parking choices with a large parking lot, but you may have to park a distance and walk. it was not difficult to find his office. Staff were friendly and very organized and took me on time. The office was clean and comfortable seating. Before I was able to see Dr. Harish Raja I had went through a few different tests. My only complaint would be at one station I had a tec checking my vision and giving my information to someone that was inputting it into a computer and she spoke to her the entire time in Spanish knowing that I didn’t speak a word of Spanish, but I should have spoke up. There was a gentleman named Danny that did an ultrasound of my eyes that was very professional and explained everything to me and made sure to secure my chair as I sat in it because my eyes were dilated at the time I saw him, and he walked me back to my seat and I watched him do that to every patient with the same respect. Danny was also in the room with me as I finally saw Dr. Harish Raja after I completed all my test. Both Danny and the Dr worked well together and both were friendly with a great bed side manner. Dr explained everything and made himself available for any questions. I did not have to wait long for any tests or to finely see the doctor. I would recommend Dr. Harish and his entire staff to anyone who has any concerns about their vision or is just doing an annual eye health exam. This was a great experience.

Even though the aesthetic of the clinic migth not be as modern as one may expect, Dr. was really kind with my kids. She explained all the things to me and my kids. We will definetily go back. The assistant may not look so friendly at first sigth -but she is, and helped my girls in a profesional manner and with lots of patience; she was really kind over the phone as well.
