Dr. Matthew is exceptional/one of a kind. I have been to dozens of eye doctors over the years but have never experienced this level of care before. He went into thorough detail analyzing and explaining my eye condition and i walked away feeling empowered with new contact lenses! I was not just another number or dollar sign but an actual person. His staff is professional and on point. Highly recommend!!

Quick scheduling right next day, quick turnaround and checkup for my prescription update. I did not encounter anyone rude, everyone at the desk was polite and helpful. The doctor herself also did not rush anything whenever I needed some time to think over my choices.

This was the fastest and most rushed eye exam I've had in my 36 years. Dr seems good, but I've never felt so processed and harried before. Literally in and out in 12 minutes. Went next door to Visionworks and was thoroughly unimpressed. Staff in grubby clothes just hanging out talking, more concerned with gossip than customers, and the glasses I tried were filthy. Like absolutely disgusting. I don't know who runs this retail setup but clearly no quality control or protocols. Greasy finger prints all over the frames and lenses, dirty drawers with glasses haphazardly thrown in. Not recommended.
