Outstanding care! I've been looking for a dedicated family optometrist and found a great one over two years ago. I am pleased that doctor is Dr Wong. It’s taken over two years to provide feedback as our lives are so busy but no reflection on the doctor. This post is way over due. lol. I would be remiss if I failed to acknowledge Yvonne his right hand. She is absolutely polite, runs the front office and it’s evident it’s very organized and she is very welcoming!! Furthermore, Dr Wong, is incredibly knowledgeable, professional , caring and attentive. He does not rush you in and out from your appointments. He answers all your questions. If you aren't sure what type of lenses or frames you need, he provides expert advice and takes the time to listen. I've had perfect results with my glasses, year after year. . If you need an eye doctor who cares about his patients, this is the place!" KUDOS to Dr. Wong 150%.

The first time I came in the shop, I liked the owner and the fact it was a local business that had a variety of everything from budget frames to high end designer frames. I got a quick eye exam and ordered a pair of Oakleys as well as contacts. They did a great job, I later went back to get a pair of RX Oakley sunglasses. My wife liked my Oakleys and bought a pair for herself. My father then went in and purchased Ray-Bans and my mother another pair of frames. My wife recently went back to get a pair that were more formal and I decided to get yet another pair of Oakleys. 7 transactions we are all very pleased with. The one time I had to pay in cash, he worked with me to get a deal. The rest went smoothly with our insurance. Highly recommend you check them out as they have a great assortment of brands and great service with a lab built in. My wife got her last pair the same day.

Staff is very rude

Establishing care with a new doctor can be nerve wracking but I’m so glad a friend recommended Dr. Redmond! Kind, personable and knowledgeable. I was very happy with my first visit for a new vision prescription.

10 weeks, 4 attemps, and still didn't end up with what I ordered. The people are very nice, decent lens prices, but the quality control is no where to be found. 1st attempt was cause i asked for a non yellow coating, got a yellow coating. Second was cause the left eye lens wasnt aligned right and made it blurry, to which i got "try it for a week". I didnt, cause i couldnt see WTH? The third was because the large, white ring making, gap im showing in the pictures. Fourth, and three weeks later, which i had to call and check what was going on, was a gap again. A gap which the next place i went to said shouldnt happen at all, saying it was signs it wasnt cut right. I know we all make mistakes but 4 tries is really bad, considering i felt like i had to convince them about their own mistakes for them to fix them, taking almost an hour every time i had to send it back. Just a lot of waste of time with no acknowledgement nor compensation for it. I did get a refund and a "thank you for trying" as a consolation prize for my two month wait for nothing. Check your stuff thoroughly when picking up.
