My first visit today was excellent. Dr ran on time. He was thorough with the exam. Explained, educated me on the health of my eyes. I especially liked that you had the option of not needing the dialating drops that last all day. Dr uses a new technique instead. I will continue on as a patient!!

I was running late to an appointment and called ahead to tell them my exact eta, to which I was told that they could still take me as long as I arrived by that time. I walked in one minute before the time I said on the phone, yet was forced to wait more than half an hour on an uncomfortable bench in the office just to be told that I needed to reschedule. I understand that I was late, but it is VERY frustrating to be lied to about the fact that I can be seen. Waste of gas and my time! I love the North Street location and will only be going there from now on.

Due to cancellation more than 2 times apparently I'm told we need to make a same day appointment. Lets just say I was respectful enough to not bring my kids in with covid which I would think you would appreciate. Now I will gladly be seeing another practice. Thank you in advance!!!!

Very helpful and informative. Noticed my old glasses were in a broken case, and gave me a new one. Thanks for taking care of me.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had going to a doctors office. I don’t recall the name of the tech, but she was amazing. The eye exam was thorough. She was very friendly and professional, she explained what she was doing in detail, which I appreciated, and an overall excellent experience. Also, Because I was in jeopardy of losing my chauffeurs license, Re focus took me in right away, which I really appreciated.

Great services, very thorough! They were a half an hour late but made up for lost time as I mentioned I was strapped for time. Other than that 5 stars!

The team were great, from check in to check out. Judy was wonderful with preparing me for the exam. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Casden. Suffice it to say that he was thorough in his examination and post-exam explanation. He is terrific.

As of my first visit, I felt like they cared for me as a person. Every employee I interacted with was very helpful. Dr. Wong is the best. He explained everything and answered all questions. UPDATE: I went to drop off some frames so I could get my new prescription a few days after my eye exam. I sat around 10-15 minutes and not 1 person acknowledged I was there until I went to the reception desk. I was then told, someone would be helping me in a couple minutes once she came from the restroom. Fast forward 5 -7 minutes and still nobody to help me. I'm seriously disappointed in the way I was treated. (My original post had 5 stars).
