My family of 5 plus my granny and aunt have been patients of Dr. Loucopoulos for over 15 years. We highly recommend him. He not only examines our eyes but is interested in our whole body health. The staff is great. We've had a lot of trouble with our dog, Chachi eating our glasses. Luckily, the frames and lenses were covered by the warantee. The staff and the doctor are so kind and professional. The office is immaculate and has a great atmosphere.

I appreciated my experience with the Dr., who was professional, knowledgeable, and gave me the medical care that I expect. His Pearle Vision is a nice cozy place to go for exams and contacts. The frames were pricey, staff was nice though.

My experience and expectations are very bad about this facility, I don't have the opportunity to meet the Doctor for my son appointment, but the recepcionist and the nurse has no patience and no communication skills, I took a day from work to take my son to his doctor appointment we get there and the recepcionist and the nurse with a toys r' us gun, test my son and said my son has a fever 37 degrees.. They let me wait not even 5 minutes and kick me and rescheduled for October, I run away to my Son doctor and I was desperate, they test my son and he's fine, because the team of the doctor not doing a job, now I lost a day of work and since July waiting for this appointment and now my son have to wait for his glasses until October and I have to take one more day off.!! Because of the nurse toy gun... They care about money not about health.!! Buy a new professional Covid-19 testing gun..

Great service from exam to glasses fitting.

the Doctors were great but don't waste your money at the optical. They don't take VSP and my 4yo glasses cost me $260...for them to be scratched up in less then a week, with no warranty or anything, but they could replace the lenses for $89 LOL. Thanks but no thanks.

Had an eye emergency today and hadn’t been seen there for 15 + years. Took me within an hr and couldn’t of been nicer or more caring. Will be seeing them again soon for routine eye exam and am looking forward to it! Staff went above and beyond from the front desk to the exam room!

Dr Levinson at Eye Physicians & Surgeons is absolutely amazing took great care of my Dad , he is a true professional

Dr L was very inappropriate with my 19 year old. We used to go to him when my 4 kids were little. I should have come with her. She will never go back not even to get her script or glasses. I will go. I'm disgusted and if I had proof, I would sue.

Dr. Loucopoulos and his staff have always been amazing to me. I will never go to another eye doctor! I refer all my friends and family because they are all so great. I have never met a doctor so thorough in his eye exams and sharing knowledge I need to know about my eye health.

My parents used to love coming here. They referred my entire family to this office. Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience today (December 28, 2022). My father went to get his glasses adjusted because they were too tight on his head. The staff member who was assisting him was very rude to my mother. My mother was trying to compare the size of his new glasses to the old pair and the staff member yanked the glasses out of my mother's hands. She continued to speak disrespectfully to my mother. This is unacceptable behavior. My mother is extremely upset and shaken by the whole incident. I hate leaving bad reviews for local businesses but a customer or any human should never be treated in this manner. Please train your staff to respect all customers, regardless of age, nationality, race, gender.
