Dr Colo is first class. He is very knowledgeable, so caring and spends as much time as needed to address your concerns. His team is prompt & professional and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’m receiving at his office.

These guys have been the most courteous and helpful opthamologists I've ever dealt with, and I had to keep switching opthamologists for a while because some of them in this area are a little weird and not so very good with customer service, to put it lightly. I like Suffield Eye Care and I like who they are and what they do. I have yet to be treated poorly by them in any way and I usually leave with a smile on my face AND feeling educated about my vision.

They have great glasses and they are so friendly. When you walk in you are greeted with smiles and with a great personality. Their Doctors are friendly and great at their job.

I bought glasses for my daughter here. I already had a prescription. Stacey was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and patient. My daughter and I both felt welcome here and I am glad I chose to spend my money here. Also, she explained all of the pricing options on the various pairs we were considering. This really helped us make the best decision. The receptionist was very efficient. She assisted with getting our prescription over and the insurance info.

Chi was so helpful! Appreciate her time and expertise. Worked along side with the drs in the office.

Thank you Julie and Dr. Kucha! Great experiences here last year with different staff and Dr. Bert, and I continue to experience excellent care and customer service with this team! Dr. Kucha is very professional, well spoken and takes extra time to answer my questions , and she is very kind through it all. Julie was so awesome today, she helped me figure out every detail of insurance costs and options, took extra time to write it all down for me, and then helped with frame styling. What a dream team :) Thanks again!!

Dr. Bert was very helpful with my difficult prescription. There’s no long waits in the office and Stacy helped me pick out a great pair of frames. Great office.

Highly recommend this store for all your eye care needs. Excellent customer service. My daughter had a pair of glasses that needed repairing but she did not purchase local. They were kind enough to repair the glasses for me.

I'm a regular at this clinic, service is great. The doctor is so nice and staff is very helpful. Lady was so nice and explained everything in detail. Definitely coming back!

I went to a new look optical (this location) only because I moved, and it's closer. Upon arrival I explained that I'm a client and need new glasses. The lady at the front immediately pulled up my file and verified my insurance. She was so kind and helpful. I then went to look at glasses and was having a hard time choosing. Another staff member offered me assistance. She was also super helpful and wonderful. Great staff overall.

I’ve always had a good experience here. The doctors are thorough and do a great job explaining what they are doing. The techs are wonderful at navigating benefits and making sure you get a good deal.
