Dr. Rogers and staff are amazing. They are helpful and thorough. I’ve been a patient for at least 15 years and I’ll never go anywhere else!

Horrible!!! GO SOMEWHER ELSE!!! Customer service is HORRIBLE at best!! Firs,t Dixie, the recipanist and apparantly the only one who knows how to adjust glasses, will tell you, "It will take a week, a good week to get your glasses back." At the end of two weeks I called Dixie and she didn't know where my glasses were. Dixie said she would call the lab to find out where my glasses were and call me back. SHE NEVER CALLED! I had to call her a couple days later. Dixie just kept saying, "I don't know where they are. We had to send them to the lab in CA." "I know Dixie, you told me that. You also said it would take "A week, a good week" to get them back. You also said, that you would call me after you called the lab and you didn't! Dixie is a liar!
I had to call Dixie about a week and a half later, because she certainly hadn't called me about the status of my glasses. At this point, it was 3 weeks since I ordered them. Also, it was 2 weeks past Dixie's estimate of "a week" and a week and a half past Dixie's estimate of "a good week"
Three and a half weeks from the day I ordered my glasses, they finally came in. I went to pick up my glasses and Dixie wasn't there. The girl behind the counter was apparently Dixie's daughter. I was given my glasses and she said something like, "There you go." I said, "That's it? You aren't going to adjust them?" She said, "No, my mom had an emergency and had to leave. You will have to come back to get them adjusted."
You have got to be kidding me!!! First Dixie lied to me about how long it will take to get my glasses. Dixie never called me after she called the lab as she said she would. I had to call the Dr.'s office to find out where my glasses were and all Dixie could say is, "We had to send them to the lab in CA." Dixie couldn't be bothered to have the common courtesy of updating my on the status of my glasses after her initial estimate of a "Week, a good week" had past.
So to sum up my experience at Dr. Steven W. Rogers office, Dixie will lie to you about how long it will take to get your glasses and Dixie will NOT call you to update you on the status of your glasses. Once they do come in, good luck picking them up and getting them adjusted!!
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

We love Dr. Allen!! My teenage son was having ocular migraines and we ended up in the ER with him several times. They finally suggested we see an ophthalmologist. Dr. Allen was fantastic and really helped put my son at ease, reassuring him while doing a wide range of testing. He was able to offer my son some really helpful suggestions and solutions which have really helped him manage his migraines going forward. But what I loved the most was the follow-up care. Dr. Allen checked in with us regularly afterwards to see how he was doing. My family has since seen him for other things and we are always impressed with his breadth of knowledge, patience and care for us! He's amazing!

I have been a patient at this clinic for three years and I can’t say enough positive things about my experience. The reception staff are polite and helpful. The environment is clean and relaxing. I see Dr. Tony Allen. I credit him with helping save the vision in my left eye. He is caring, listens to my concerns and is very competent. I highly recommend this clinic for your eye care.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Allen for about six years. I have had a particular eye condition since I was a teenager, that requires particular monitoring by an ophthalmologist, rather than an optometrist. If it’s not maintained, my eyes will be damaged irreversibly - it’s not something I’d gamble with! Dr. Allen watches it carefully and knows what he’s doing! I’ve obviously been to a lot of eye doctors over the years, and they haven’t all been great. Dr. Allen is fantastic and very thorough. I wouldn’t trust my eyesight to anyone else.
Dr. Allen is also patient with kids! My son needed glasses around age 8. He’s now 12 and sees Dr. Allen every year. Should my other kids need glasses as well, I’d take them to Dr. Allen without hesitation.
He does book out months in advance so be prepared!

This was my first visit at the Children's Eye Physicians in Wheat Ridge. My experience was a good one. Waiting time to check in and to see
Dr A Steel took some time. The receptionist was doing her best to take care of patients as they arrived and the patients checking out.
I was told by text in my appointment reminder they were short staffed. I appreciated them letting me know in advance.
Was pleased with the tech who did the testing before I saw Dr Steel she took her time and explained everything as she was testing and asked questions also if I had any concerns.
I was very impressed with Dr Steele felt very comfortable with her easy to talk to she took her time and listened to what I had to say, answered my questions and concerns.
Dr Steele is very thorough in her examinations. Dr Steel explained two options that may help with my eye issue she and I chose the least evasive treatment trial. Dr Steele suggest returning in December for a follow-up or sooner if I have any concerns.
I definitely was pleased with the office and impressed with Dr Steele.

Staff was amazing, they were able to see my 7 month old which not a lot of places in this area can. They were super sweet, very patient, and everything is accommodated nicely for children. They took our Medicaid no problems. Only thing was that we had to wait a couple weeks for our appointment. But it wasn’t an emergency so no rush.
