This seems to be the theme... great doctor experience but front desk staff not great. I went in to pick up my script and was given someone else's script. I didn't realize this until I had picked out other frames at Costco. I couldn't complete my order there due to the mistake and Innovative being closed. When I called Innovative and told them who I was and what had happened... they tried to give me the incorrect script again because this other person and I have the same birth date. There was no apology for the inconvenience and I need to go back in again to pick up the script because it can't be emailed, only faxed which I don't have access to. Just apologize... it goes a long way!

I had a wonderful experience at Innovated Eyecare in Parker. I stopped by urgently in need of a replacement eyeglass nose pad, and I was truly impressed by the exceptional care provided by their team. The staff promptly greeted me, and without hesitation, they not only replaced the broken piece but also took the initiative to replace the other side. What really stood out to me was their attention to detail, as they made sure that all the screws were properly tightened. Their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction made my visit a great one, and I highly recommend Innovated Eyecare for their excellent service and caring staff.

I have going here on and off for many years. Over the last few years, the staff has gone way down hill. They are totally incompetent! I made an appointment last week for today. I went in and they did not have me down for an appointment and could not even find me in their system, by last name or by birth date. Really? I had been a patient for years! They wanted to know if I made the appointment at the right location. The lady who made my appointment never asked about which location. I didn't even know there WAS another location. I called the Parker phone number for the appointment. Why would I make an appointment elsewhere when I live in Parker? This was the last straw. NEVER going back!

Run away from this business! Their front desk staff is very unfriendly, their General Manager is ridiculous. I was turned away for being 2 minutes late...no one in the parking lot... no one in the waiting room! Now I'm told I can't come back to this practice. Clearly, a company who does not give a care about their customers.

Dr. Pink is terrific. Very knowledgeable, caring, and gets to any issues quickly. I highly recommend her!

I have been with Parker Vision and Dr. Bell for many years. The staff is extremely competent and friendly. They are on time with appointments so there is not much wait time. Dr. Bell is very knowledgeable and very friendly and makes the patients feel at ease. I give them five stars without reservation.

When I got some very bad stuff in my eye while cleaning a car battery I was in a lot of pain. I called and they got me right in to see Dr Mike. He took great care of my eye and it’s doing much better. Becky checked on me the next morning. I really appreciate the care the Dr and the staff gave me at a very stressful time.

This was the most professional and accommodating medical experience I have ever had. I live in Steamboat Springs, 3 1/2 hours from their office, and they still make me feel like a top priority client. If you are on the fence about trying to get Lasik -just do it. it has changed my life. It is so painless and easy. I can’t believe I didn’t do it years ago. One week after surgery I was able to take a river trip and not have to wear contacts or glasses for the first time since I was five years old. This is what I got to see with my own eyes just a few days later:

I am so grateful to Dishler Laser Institute for giving me my vision back! It was like a whole new world. I could see myself clearly in the mirror the morning after surgery for the first time in years. The process was so easy with no pain or discomfort. Everyone at Dishler was so kind and made me feel so comfortable! Dr. Dishler is a kind humble man. It is apparent the joy he has in giving people their sight back. His staff are all amazing! I have already contacted anyone I know who would benefit from eye laser surgery and have told them to go to Dishler and get it done! Thank you to all of you!!
