Dominic, the assistant manager that works at optical was very nice and helped me with everything I needed. I definitely recommend going back to this location for any glasses. You may need definitely five stars.

Really great customer service here. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! They have an amazing frame selection and the lenses are really good quality. My whole family comes here!

Everyone is always friendly and attentive. Amanda explained what to expect with each step of the exam and Dr. Dixon listened, gave good advice and was thorough. There was little change in my vision, so I didn’t need new glasses, but the staff asked if I was interested in getting new glasses.

Dr Dixon did an excellent job taking care of my teen! He checked her out and gave her the glasses that she needed! I’m definitely going to keep coming back and taking my kids here!

Overall positive experience. Amanda and Dr. Dixon were great. Amanda helped choose glasses and was able to order a different size and color since it wasn’t available in the office.

Love Dr Adam and his staff. From the beginning, Dr Adam listened to my concerns and explained options with care. We completed testing and treatment and I left knowing I was given the proper treatment for my condition. I have a surgical eye specialist for life with Dr Adam, hopefully. Highly recommend at Parker office.

We had a good experience overall. The wait times for a rather long during our first appointment. The second appointment was much better. My dad had an eye injection to help his macular degeneration, my request would be that they offer a hard, clear plastic eyepatch to help him from touching his for three days after the procedure, other than that we were pleased.

When I arrived the receptionist was very nice and informative. I didn't wait very long before being taken into the first tests, then waited about 15 minutes for the 2nd tests. Sitting making friends was nice. I did go in for the 3rd set of tests about 20 minutes later. The longest wait was for Doctorr Shukla. But I did realize that he was reading all of the information the first two Doctors had gathered. As usual he was very nice and informative, letting me know that my eyes are in good health.

If I could give Dr. Allen Barber and his assistant Destiny 5 golden stars, I would. But sadly I will be giving this place 1 sad star. Dr. Barber has always been a doctor to answer your questions. He thorough with the exam and answers all of my questions. His assistant Destiny was very kind and has exceptional people skills. She made my experience better. However. My one star will be coming from the older lady receptionist with the short dark hair. Very rude from the beginning. Evey question she asked was with frustration as if she hated her job. From the first to last interaction, it was filled with nothing but attitude and disrespect. I will not interact with her again. It’s to the point that I am using my Husbands Account because I don’t want my eye care to be sabotaged. Very disappointed in the disrespect I got from that receptionist. UPDATE * I called to ask an insurance question and to find her name. Her name is Kity. Unless there are multiple receptionist with short hair and that kind of attitude.

Dr Barber and Julie were very helpful. I appreciate that I was seen a little early since the patient before me had not arrived and I was early. Love the new machine so I didn’t need to be dilated. I was able to choose possible options for my treatment

Always professional & nice! I really like Dr. Barber and all his associates, especially Julie. So friendly and thorough. Also front desk employees are so welcoming and get you checked in promptly. Recommend to all my family and friends
