Parker Optical and Dr. Callahan were great. The appointment went smoothly and Dr. Callahan was very thorough and knowledgeable. I learned so much during this appointment because they took the time to explain and educate. Great experience all the way around.

If I could give them more stars I absolutely would. But 5 is the best. Parker Optical is the place to go for glasses or contacts. They're amazing people who do phenomenal work! My frames broke a short bit after I got them. Parker Optical helped me out by getting me into new frames and got me new lenses for almost nothing. They are just fantastic!

I recently visited Ascent Eyes, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The staff at this eyewear boutique are truly outstanding. Rude front staff. Also, they took almost 2 weeks to get my son’s glasses and never called when they were ready for pick up. Had to call multiple times to check on status of the glasses. Also, for some reason when I called, they said they accept my insurance and later charged me more than my insurance co pay and provided no explanation for not accepting my insurance.

Been a patient of Dr. Emily’s for over 6 years. She is thorough, easy to talk with, open to my questions. The front end staff were the best that I have ever experienced since starting my relationship with the Parker Target optical team. Personable, helpful, genuine.

That was one of the loveliest eye exams I have ever had! I just moved to Parker a couple months ago and was in need of a new doctor. Everyone is so nice and attentive! I am very pleased with my doctor, Melissa P and how this whole visit went! Thank you!

Excellent I&R appointment with Dhipanee! Very patient and great instruction. I felt much more confident wearing contacts than I thought I would after day one!

Office gave me a very poor pre-screening for catarct surgery. I voiced my opinion. One the first visit I was 15 minutes late and they they force me to reschedule. On the second visit I was on time and they force me to wait 35 minutes. Then the eye tech gave me not a very thorough exam. After voicing my concerns the Dr sent me a letter saying that because I was dissatisfied with the treeting he was going to refuse service. They are the only ones that accepte my insurance and have put me in a bad situation.

The web scheduling and confirmation e-mail says nothing about not being able to drive yourself because they always dilate. I only found out because they called to 'find out what your insurance is' even though the web scheduling clearly said self pay, which means they don't want anyone to self pay. It used to be medical offices preferred self pay so they wouldn't have to fight with an insurance company but no more. The person calling couldn't even pronounce the word pituitary. Since that called into question whether Dr. Koczman has any experience with other pituitary patients, I asked and wasn't given an answer other than the parroted 'we see all kinds of patient' which frankly means no, they couldn't locate the pituitary if their life depended on it.
