Having relocated to Colorado nearly five years ago, my initial encounter with America's Best left an indelible impression, thanks to Dr. Evans' remarkable professionalism, kindness, honesty, and depth of knowledge. Subsequently, I sought the services of another eye doctor, only to find the results less than satisfactory. Upon diligent search, I rediscovered Dr. Evans at her office, and I am genuinely delighted with the consistently high standard of care she provides.

I hadn't had an eye exam for several years and was fortunate to find Dr. Jacqueline Evans. Wow! Talk about exceptional service, professionalism, and a great experience. If you're looking for a terrific optometrist, look no further than Dr. Evans!

Saw Dr.Jaqueline for an eye exam. She was very informative, and caring. Every concern I had she listened patiently and was very knowledgeable about what I asked. Also little to no wait time when I went. Highly recommend!

Horrible management at the store. I ordered contacts, got a call they were in and tried to pick them up at 5:30 pm well before their closing time of 7 p.m. There was nobody in the optical center and no sign or note or anything to be seen of when they would return.
I asked a manager at the service desk . He seemed totally clueless and thought she might be on break but was unwilling to check and when I asked if anybody was even working in the department today he seemed totally clueless and unwilling to answer that question. I waited 15 minutes and went back to the service desk to ask again to speak with a manager because somebody at the store should have a clue whether anybody's working in the optical today or not.
I got the same guy even when I asked for a different manager or contact information for a district manager. No contact information for district manager was given to me. Upon the second questioning the guy said he saw her on lunch. Seems pretty stupid to schedule someone for lunch an 1.5 hours before the optical department closes. It also is pretty stupid that they don't put a sign up saying when somebody would return to the optical department.
40 min after I showed up at the store with the intention of just picking up contacts in 2 minutes or less, I finally got the contacts. If this store is too cheap to staff for coverage for lunch break, at a minimum they need to put a sign up saying the time that the person is going to be back. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Pharmacies all over town have sign stating return times when they only have one person available for a department. I will definitely be re-evaluating whether I move this prescription to a more competent place or not.

Exceeded my expectations. The Doctor did a thorough examination and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my prescription. She anticipated my questions and concerns and was reassuring through the information she provided. She made me feel like a valued participant throughout the entire visit. Thank you to KJS and the team. I had a very nice chat with the associate at the desk as well. Everyone provided exceptional customer care. Not to mention I was able to get make an appointment on the same day through their website which was extremely convenient as I was running around doing errands all over town. I will continue to return and recommend this place to others!

I had been trying to find a Dr and place I liked for a long time and spent a lot of money on glasses I never wore until I found Dr. Sider. Cindy is lovely and helped me find a pair of glasses I actually wear. Last week I got sunglasses and trusted her input 100%. She also makes sure I am getting the best deal between insurance and specials they have at target.
Dr. Sider spent so much time helping me find contacts that worked with my presbyopia. She gave me samples and did follow-ups and gave me more samples until I found a solution. She also treated my dry eye with a prescription and advice to keep my eyes in the best health.

I’ve had many great experiences with Dr. Jo Sider at Target Optical. This was my third year in a row coming to the Havana location.
I book my appointments annually and I realized that this most recent appointment that I had scheduled conflicted with a trip I was going to be on. However, when I called a few days before my appointment, they were able to reschedule my appointment the very next week. I was very impressed by their flexibility and accommodation.
Dr. Jo is always very attentive and knowledgeable. She did a comprehensive eye exam and always has great advice on all of my questions. For example, I was having some dryness and irritation with my old contacts, so she recommended me a new brand that are more breathable and comfortable.
Cindy in the front is also another reason I keep returning to this location. She is very friendly and courteous. She always tries to work with my insurance to find me the best deal for contacts and glasses for me whether it’s through Target or not.
I will continue returning to this location because of the support and effort that these two give. They make me feel valued and cared for as a customer and as a person. I would highly recommend Dr. Jo Sider and Cindy at Target Optical to anyone looking for a good optometrist and staff in town.

Clean, new, modern, bright vibe with yellow and blue. I strongly recommend eye envy vision for your eye exam and glasses. The owner, Bryson, is an honest customer service oriented owner rather than a dishonest, selfish businessman. I walked in with a interest in a search for blue light filtered glasses with no prescription to wear with my contacts as when I got my glasses couple years ago, I was told getting the blue light filter with my prescription and astigmatism wasn't possible. Bryson was honest with me and recommended purchasing much more affordable but light filtered glasses on Amazon kline 3 pairs for $12). He also checked, and at eye envy vision, I could actually get my prescription with a blue light filter. They offer up-to-date eye exam with no intimidating (shooting air kind of eye exam), but rather just a minimum tickle on eyelashes eye exam. They also have wonderful, up-to-date appointment reminders and remind you by text. I strongly recommend eye envy vision for eye exam and HONEST professional opinion on your glasses/contact lenses.

Eye Envy Vision was such a great experience for me and my children. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. My children and I all received our glasses before the projected date. I would highly recommend Eye Envy Vision to everyone in the Denver/Aurora area!
