Always personable, caring and efficient

The customer service that I received at the Target Optical on Ellsworth Ave. in Aurora, CO was awesome! I was having issues with the frames of my glasses and I was able to visit the location on several different occasions to ask for help. Each time the employees were patient and helpful. Also, the Store Manager, Lee, went above and beyond in helping me with my glasses including providing recommendations for new frames that would work for me! I recommend this location to anyone who wants excellent customer service and a great pair of glasses!

Dr. West and team are awesome and very personable. Natalie was very knowledgeable and helpful with our insurance coverage and suggested some great cost savings for us. We are returning patients and have never been disappointed with their service.

Natalie was incredibly helpful, she helped me find the perfect set of glasses and now I look and feel fantastic! And on top of that when I came back to have them adjusted she bent then back into place perfectly! GREAT service and an amazing team member, I will definitely be coming back here when I need glasses again! Thanks again Natalie!

Today I went to Target to take care of my sister's prescription. I walked by Target Optical and spoke with a really nice lady by the name of Cindy. She took the time and looked up my mom's and my sister's vision plans and I am beyond happy with the coverage they both have. Cindy also took the time and showed me the glasses that my family can pick out and the costs associated with the types of frames that they have. Cindy gave me so much valuable information for me and my family to help make an informed decision about our vision needs. I must say that this Target Optical is beyond amazing and thank you so much Cindy for taking time with me today! I appreciate this more than you know!

My wife needed help with her glasses, which fit her face too tightly. We took a "shot in the dark" and tried Target's Optical center. When we arrived, Cindy greeted us, she was immediately friendly and polite. My wife explained the issue, and Cindy was very happy to help us. She quickly and expertly adjusted the glasses using a specialized heat tool. The glasses ended up fitting her face perfectly after a few minutes of work. Cindy asked about our day, and engaged in "small talk" with us about our cat. She made the experience pleasurable, and it is obvious she has excellent customer service skills. Cindy was absolutely amazing, and did everything in her power to make sure that we had a wonderful experience. I would HIGHLY recommend this location to a friend, and I view Cindy as a great asset to this company. She is AMAZING!!!

Cindy expertly fixed my glasses for me after they'd become loose on my face and she was super patient with me while I requested adjustments here or there; I am very particular and she was consistently kind and non-judgemental. She also helped me find good frames for my face shape that complimented me very well. I will definitely go back and see her again for future frames and lenses!

I scheduled an eye exam last week, it was my first eye exam in years. Scheduling was easy the receptionist worked with my schedule as best as she could. The appointment went by smoothly and I left feeling confident and knowledgeable about my eyesight. I look forward to my next annual exam.
