I went to get an eye exam at America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses and after the exam, we went and sat with Heather to do finish paperwork. She was very friendly and professional and I thought she went above and beyond. I had four other eyeglasses with me which I had her check the prescription against the current exam numbers. She said she would happily do it for us. She also explained all the numbers for us. This is called excellent customer service!! We were very happy with the service we received.

Check in process was smooth and it was quick to see a provider for my exam. The wheels came off the bus when I had to wait 45 minutes after my exam to run my insurance, pay and check out. Told the staff repeatedly that all I wanted to do was to pay and leave. Manager on duty eventually checked in with me but was unsympathetic, if not a bit sarcastic. They did nothing to give me any reason to come back any year soon. I have had good experiences at Americas Best historically and so I would be inclined to avoid this Aurora location and hedge my bets at a different store.

Awesome doctor and awesome staff. I had unusual symptoms and they went above and beyond, staying late to do thorough testing. They clearly actually care about their patients.

I had the most amazing experience here, more then I've ever had at any doctors in a long time. I broke my glasses and they were able to get me in quickly, they were extremely friendly. Dr. Ruth was nice, easy to talk to, personable, and very thorough. The exam she gave me was the most thorough eye exam I have ever had and she really took the time to listen and test everything. After the exam, one of the girls upfront, I forgot her name 😭,helpes me pick out my new glasses which was so helpful and saved me a lot of time. I definitely recommend this office to anyone and everyone

Just spoke with Dr. Ruth over the phone who I had seen previously and I had a few questions in regard to a referral to a retina specialist, mostly because I am forgetful but I did have some queries and concerns. She answered them all and is spot on as a Doctor. It's a great office and a convenient location. Highly recommend.

Located inside the Lens Crafters store. Me and my family use these doctors for our primary eye care. They are very knowledgeable and I will continue to use them. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful as well. We have EyeMed and they accept that insurance.

Having relocated to Colorado nearly five years ago, my initial encounter with America's Best left an indelible impression, thanks to Dr. Evans' remarkable professionalism, kindness, honesty, and depth of knowledge. Subsequently, I sought the services of another eye doctor, only to find the results less than satisfactory. Upon diligent search, I rediscovered Dr. Evans at her office, and I am genuinely delighted with the consistently high standard of care she provides.

I hadn't had an eye exam for several years and was fortunate to find Dr. Jacqueline Evans. Wow! Talk about exceptional service, professionalism, and a great experience. If you're looking for a terrific optometrist, look no further than Dr. Evans!

Saw Dr.Jaqueline for an eye exam. She was very informative, and caring. Every concern I had she listened patiently and was very knowledgeable about what I asked. Also little to no wait time when I went. Highly recommend!
