The two members at this location were very helpful and polite. Really let us nerd out on frames while exams being rotated thru my two teenagers. Both of which found fave frames and cant wait to get them!! Btw natalie really spoiled us, she was the best!

This is my 1st time seeing Dr Nathan West. He is personable, knowledgeable and he listens to his patients. He made the appointment pleasant.
The girl working the front desk/giving quotes has great customer service skills. She was upfront with the cost of my appointment/ contact lenses/ glasses up front and never pushed me to buy anything.
I will be making this location and Dr my main ophthalmologist.

Dr West is so kind and caring. You really feel like he made sure your vision will be at its best with the prescription he gives. Front office could be better but not horrible. Will come again and so will my adult kids.

Dr Grin performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes and as a result I am now seeing 20/20. I'm completely satisfied with the outcome and her office staff. Any apprehension I had due to having prior Lasik surgery or even surgery itself was completely eliminated by her thorough pre op exams, discussions, and her high skill level as a surgeon resulting in a successful first eye procedure. I had no hesitation to return for the second eye and again the combined results have me seeing great!

From start to finish, my cataract surgery was perfect! Dr Grin came highly recommended and didn’t disappoint. From pre-surgery appts through the surgery and post—wonderful staff and no discomfort or pain at any time. I highly recommend this Dr and facility!!!

I've been seeing Dr Grin for five years. I give five stars for her care, She always spends enough time and answers all my questions. Recently she did cataract surgery at Sky Ridge Surgical Center. My eyesight is great and no issues with the surgery. As long as she is in practice I will use her services. I trust her always. Her office staff are also great. They are courteous, kind, and efficient.

I've been coming here for years for eye exams and contacts. I've also gotten regular glasses and prescription sunglasses for when I don't want to wear my contacts. When I order contacts, you can choose to pick them up from them or have them shipped to your house at no extra cost. My glasses got broken one time, and they were able to repair them for me while I waited.
During the pandemic, I didn't want to go in for an eye exam, but I needed to reorder my contacts. I looked at ordering from 1800contacts, but then saw I could order online through Optical Gallery as well, so I compared prices and ultimately ordered through Optical Gallery.
In the past I've always scheduled by phone, but for my most recent appointment, I scheduled online, and that worked well too. They take VSP insurance.

I have never experience such an awful response to an interview. He emailed me at 6:40pm on a Thursday last minute about and Interview and I immediately replied with 2 time slots that I was available the next day even though his request was last minute. I also included more time availability for the next week with more notice. I am actively interviewing every day. He replied that because I offered 2 time slots I could fit him in last minute on a friday that he no longer wanted an interview with me. I think he thought he was more important than the already scheduled interviews I had even though he emailed me passed business hours last minute. I imagine working for Brian he would not respect your personal downtime and does not respect boundaries. If you are looking for a job expect to not have a life outside of work while having an entitled to your time boss. No thanks.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I lost my backup glasses over the weekend after breaking my primary pair of glasses several weeks earlier. I called and they looked up my benefits confirmed he had lenses I could get SAME day. I walked out in less then 30 minutes with a new pair of glasses. I was able to order a second pair that will be in by the end of week.
I found multiple frames I liked and really appreciated the personal and quick service. I will be back the next time I need glasses!

As a healthcare provider, I would not recommend obtaining medical care from this facility. They have a tendency to up-charge their visits and bill routine vision exams as medical visits, which most insurance companies will not cover which leaves the payment in the hands of the patient.
After this happens, they utilize an outside billing company that is unaware of their practices and does not communicate with their facility which creates a he said / she said situation and leaves the patient feeling helpless.
Healthcare establishments such as this are the reason most American citizens dislike and distrust the current healthcare system.

I went to this clinic as a new patient seeking a new eye doctor after moving out to Colorado. I checked in at 9:10 and had my paperwork finished by 9:25. My appointment was at 9:30. I continued to wait for another 45 minutes, watching every patient who had come after I arrived be seen before me. I finally went up to the desk at 10:15 and asked to reschedule. They were even in shock I had been waiting for so long. I will not be returning, highly unprofessional. the staff clearly has major communication issues, since this is a recurring theme among other reviews as well.
