If I could choose negative stars I would! I’m compelled to write one of my first reviews because I have never been treated so rudely as I was today at the optical department. I went in five days ago to make sure they accepted my insurance (during which visit the staff was fantastic) before we scheduled contact exams for my husband and son, before transitioning all my family. They ran my insurance and assured me that my insurance was accepted and we were all set. So we scheduled the exams for today. When I went to pay after both exams they asked for $208 - after insurance! I asked the optical manager (who quoted us a different amount on my first visit) to go over the charges with me and explain why it was so high - higher than we’ve ever paid with or without insurance. A reasonable request. After he failed to figure out the charges he said he was going to grab the eye doctor so she could help me understand why they were so high. After another 10 mins of trying to figure it out the optical manger finally admitted that our insurance is actually out of network, contrary to the initial confirmation we would be fully covered. I’ve since read other reviews complaining about this same dishonest bait and switch at this same location. I was furious at this point because we had checked this 5 days prior and we were told that we were good to go. A $208 charge should have only cost us $120 at most, and in network my son’s should have been free. After expressing my frustration the optical manager got more rude than I’ve ever been treated and told me that whether or not they took our insurance was not his problem. After an exchange that increased in rudeness i was furious and I paid, grabbed my prescriptions, and plan to buy our contacts elsewhere. I ended my visit with the store manager, to whom I shared my story. She appologized profusely and was amazing. I’m saddened because we were so excited to have SAMs here to use all their services. Looks like we are still shopping for an optometrist though!Oh

Crystal was very good to work with. She helped me with a pair of glasses from another provider and explained everything about my new order. I have a complex prescription and some facilities don’t have the expertise to get my glasses right.

The store manager helped me select a nice pair of frames that fit me beautifully. She was very knowledgeable and nice. I felt very comfortable in the store. I recommend LensCrafters to anyone needing new glasses.

Just purchased my new set of prescription glasses and so far they’re the best i have ever bought. Really happy with their service and assistance that they provide you with. Also really good deal for really good quality.

Family atmosphere and great people.

I’m in tears of how amazing this place is. I took my autistic 5 year old son here for an eye exam. I’ve been to 5 different places previously and all other places said it would be near impossible to get a concise exam on him. Dr only spent 20-25 minutes with my son and got a complete eye exam and even got his glasses the same day! Same day!!! He made my child and myself feel so comfortable I couldn’t say enough how grateful I am For this team and this Dr! My son can finally see and he doesn’t even want to take his glasses off. A god sent of a eye doctor truly!

This is a beautiful, new, modern office with state-of-art equipment and a friendly staff. My appointment with Emily could not have been better. I received a very detailed testing/exam and Emily spent a considerable amount of time thoroughly explaining the condition of my eyes. If you are looking for a new eye care facility, you won't go wrong with Elevation Vision.

I felt something wrong with my eye after the clinic closed on a Friday night. I left a message for Dr. Lemburg and she and her husband came back to the clinic just to check my eye! They had to dilute my eyes so I was there for over an hour. I even got two opinions for it! Thankfully everything was okay but they found something concerning in my other eye that we likely wouldn’t have discovered if I didn’t get checked out. Highly recommend Elevation Vision! They see you more than just a patient on their list. THANK YOU again!!! You guys are wonderful. ❤️

I’ve been going to Visionaire for almost 5 years now. Always excellent reception staff and optometry care by Dr. Griffin. Dr. Jones (ophthalmologist) did my cataract surgery with premium lens implants earlier this year and it was a very pleasant, seamless process. I now have perfect 20/20 vision for the first time in 50 years—no more contacts or glasses!! He explained things very clearly and took time to answer all my questions, which really helped to reduce my anxiety. I am an RN and highly recommend Visionaire for eye care!

Dr. Jones & Staff were very efficient, friendly & welcoming! They made the experience so comfortable and explained all the tests as well as results with patience. They took the time to be personable! Keep up the excellent work!

Dr. Jones did my catarac surgeries perfectly! My wife has age related Retina issues, I suggested that she switch to Dr Jones. She got a thorough eye exam plus q&a and a treatment plan was developed. Very clean, modern office, pleasant and professional staff.
