Refused to offer a just a few days worth of contacts. I just moved here and don’t have an eye provider. Looks like I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Charlotte was amazing and very helpful in helping me choose the perfect Eyewear for me! I would highly recommend this eyewear store for everybody!!

Went in for glasses & had my eyes checked. The Dr. Was wonderful! She found a problem and went out of her way to get me an appointment with Visionaire on Monday morning as we were only in Castlerock for the weekend. Scheduled a CT scan as well. We got glasses, appts and more and stayed on schedule! Cannot say enough good things about Castlerock Eyewear & how accommodating everyone is.

We have been seeing Dr. Theresa Hoang for 3 years now. We followed her down to Castle rock from Lakewood, and it is worth the drive. Her dedication and care for her patients is a step above any other eye doctor I have ever seen. She does the best for her patients, and I’d recommend any of my family members to see her.

Dr. Hoang is absolutely amazing. She treated my husband and I with incredible care, kindness, and professionalism. My sister recently went to her as well, and Dr. Hoang went above and beyond. I can’t recommend her enough!!

On or around August 20th 2022 my daughter had an appointment at Founders Eyecare to have her eyes checked. Her eye sight prescription changed so she ordered new contacts and lenses for her glasses. She loves the frames on her glasses so she left her frames to be fitted with her new lenses. She received the contacts in a timely manner however has waited for over a month to receive her glasses. She has called many times to check on the delay. She was told repeatedly she would be contacted when they were ready. She is 18 years old and out of the state by now at college. My husband and I have been checking on the status of her glasses seeing they have dismissed my daughter. On one check in I was told her glasses were done but the lenses failed inspection. My husband was told that the machine that made the lenses was broken. After a month of waiting my husband received a call that the glasses were ready. He drove an hour to pick them up. We don’t live close but we’re under the false impression that this was a reputable eye care center. When my husband opened the box to look at my daughters glasses they were not her glasses! He was reassured those were the glasses my daughter ordered. Nope!!! They were NOT the frames she ordered because she did not order frames. She brought them her frames. They then admitted they lost her frames. Apparently they didn’t think we would notice. The frames they tried to pass off were ridiculous!!! My husband told them this was not acceptable so they said they would order her old frames and wouldn’t charge us. Oh wow!!! How kind!!! You lost my daughters frames and would even debate charging us to replace them? Two more weeks and the glasses are allegedly ready. They say they want to ship them to my daughter, out of state, as opposed to someone picking them up. I truly hope the glasses my daughter receives are satisfactory but that will remain to be seen. My family and I will not return to Founders Eyecare and I will not recommend this place to anyone!!! Save yourself a lot of time, money and stress by going somewhere else!!!

Great technical expertise and awesome staff/service! I went to wrong location (first time) and they managed to have an opening a few hours later that I could get in. Very detailed medical history that allows them to follow your health concerns that may impact your vision. Best in class technology that takes inside pictures without having to dialate your eyes.

Dr. Putnam and her team are knowledgeable and kind. They helped me get the best help for my retina detachment in a timely manner and with great compassion. I appreciate all of them.

It was very exciting to go to my eye doctor and see their new office. It’s so beautiful and serene. Beautiful job decorating the new office space Ladies! And Dr Kerry Tyler, please don’t ever retire. You’re the best Optometrist I’ve ever been to and have enjoyed you these last 23 years beyond words! I highly recommend Front Range Family Eye Care! They are the friendliest, most caring professional group of people you’ll ever encounter in an office environment setting. ♥️

I really enjoy seeing Dr. Kerry Tyler! So much experience and very diligent and monitoring and checking my issues! Pleasant and very easy to talk to! Nice new facility in Castle Rock with all the newest gadgets!
