I had a fantastic experience here. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful and Dr. Wang is an excellent optometrist who provided top-notch care. I highly recommend this office for all your eye care needs. 5 stars!

These guys are awesome. I had to purchase new frames about 2 weeks back, from lenscrafters. Lenscrafters of Irwin (ive had great service from other locations but, ya don't go that one) left some rock hard nose pads that actually had sharp edges on the inside. It was killing my nose. I stopped in with these guys, new pads that are awesome in 5 minutes, no charge. I'll be back

The doctor is so great!

Nice and helpful people. They are very fluent in English. Chinese and Cantonese. So it helps out the older folk who are from china or Hong Kong.

Very bad communication, repeated my medical situation several times and it was almost as if I was talking to a wall. Get new front desk help immediately.

Dr Takemura is a very friendly doctor. I've been coming here for 5 years now.

My mom been coming to Dr.Martin for years. I honestly cringe when I bring her. The waiting times to get seen is terrible. We love the doctor and have never had a problem with the staff they are all great. But scheduling needs some work. We all live busy lives and to be waiting so long gets frustrating. Today I even witness another patient leaving because she couldn't wait any longer. I feel sorry for the older patients that sit there for hours waiting. Something needs to change.

Have gone to Dr Martin for years. Last appointment I waited for over 2 hrs and rude receptionist told me it would be 1 more hour. I left. Today had a nother appointment wanted for over 1 hours the appointment was to include a prescription for glasses. Went into office and teck said I would have to come back for that. I walked out sorry Dr Martinbut I won't be back. You used to be a great Doctor.

Dr. Martin has been my opthamologist for over 10 years. He is excellent. On a scale of 1 to 10, he is a 15! His staff is fantastic, friendly, and most importantly, professional.
