Pretty helpful but the lines are crazy and too long in the pharmacy. The line was backed up all the way to the Laboratory! I also feel that the stuff is very polite; however, I don't like the idea that when you are given an appointment time it should be kept close to the time not 20 minutes or so later to be called. No matter if you let them know you haven't been called yet, they will politely understand when you were still wait an extra 5 or 10 minutes. Our appointment times need to be respected. Kaiser does cost many of us.

I have been very sketchy with doctors in these areas. I was willing to give it a try for my dad. However, the staff in the receptionist was HORRIBLE. Even though i stressed how urgent the appointment was, she seemed to not even try to help with answering any questions. I work in healthcare and Patient care should always be the priority. It is unfortunate that because of the incompetent staff in the office, it gets a bad review, i see how the complaints for the appointments are constant here. weeks away and not wiling to work with someone for an urgent appt. I would recommend to go elsewhere, maybe travel away from this place. If you care for your loved ones, find an office with good reviews. DR, staff and hospitality.

Wonderful experience with St. Lucia Eye Center. Dr. Montoya Jr. was a wonderful surgeon, and the staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose St. Lucia Eye Center I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank You again Dr.Montoya Jr. and Wonderful staff. :)

Dr. Montoya , Dr. Mendizabal and the surgical coordinator are all AMAZING people! I walked into this office and was immediately pleased. The office is clean , staff is bilingual and kind, parking is available and most of all the timeliness and professionalism are above and beyond. The only regret I have is not choosing him as my ophthalmologist sooner. I had Lasik surgery and Dr. Montoya made sure he explained the procedure thoroughly, and made me feel very comfortable and calm during the entire process. I've been recommending him to everyone I know! Book your appt. you wont regret it.

Dr. Tran was very professional and nice. The receptionist must to hate her job or needs a raise. She was very unprofessional, hostile and rude with not only myself but with other patients. I will raise up my review until that girl improves her customer service.

Sonia was very friendly and helpful, she helped me and my daughter with her glasses. I was referred from the eye doctor next to the Walmart optical and the receptionist was extremely rude, aggressive and hostile, but they're not part of Walmart.

Terrible experience. Called in advance to ask if I could come in and if I have everything I need to make a pair of glasses. They said yes. When I arrived they told me they couldn’t work with my frames, they couldn’t take the lenses out (even after I had the manufacturer send me a guide, they wouldn’t speak to the manufacturer on the phone). Then they told me I needed to print out my prescription which they didn’t tell me on the phone (i had it over email). So unhelpful and wasted my time. Don’t go here, go to Thomas at the Walmart in Paramount. Really great customer service, let’s you try out different transition lenses, and capable with handling my frames. So thankful!! Excellent Nikon lenses for a fair price.

I’ve had the pleasure of being helped by the wonderful team of opticians at the vision center. They were very knowledgeable and patient answering all my questions. I never felt rushed even after changing my mind many times. I felt like they were looking out for my best interest. FANTASTIC experience from start to finish!! Highly recommend you visit this location! Sonia is a jewel!
