Dr. Douglas Kaplan is the best, most compassionate and most brilliant Optomologist I’ve ever seen. He recently did my cataract surgery and it was extremely successful. Plus, every time I’ve had an appointment with him, he takes an incredible amount of time explaining in detail everything without ever rushing me out or making me feel uneasy. I would highly recommend him!

Office should be ALWAYS be open as posted office hours ....

With the few one star reviews, I was a bit nervous about my appointment, but the whole staff was top notch. They greeted me pleasantly, ran on time, the person administering all my tests was kind and patient and had me giggling. Dr. Epstein is no nonsense, but kind and professional. She looked at the whole picture, followed up with my primary care doc, and gave me all my options. I am very pleased with the care I received and am happy to continue as her patient.

Rachel Epstein, MD, VERY RUDE! This trash of a MD has no manners at all how to speak to patients.! I was so disgusted with her rudeness. Her work ethic VERY POOR! I have no trust in Rachel Epstein, MD, practice.. Stay away from trash at any cost.!!

Dr. Eidt is an excellent professional, with passion for his field and whose assessments and team work, make me feel completely trust in his expertise. I surely recommend him. He doesn't discriminate much the ability to paid by the client but what he can do for him or her. Definitely, a doctor with a heart.

Dr. Patel is the best eye doctor I’ve ever been too. She took extra time to find just the right contact lenses and glasses that would work well for me. She was kind and very helpful. The office staff was also very friendly. Would 100% recommend this practice!

Zeifert is great with my kids' eye exams for school. They are kid-oriented and give my kids a little science lesson too, explaining the parts and function of the eye in a manner that a 5-year-old can understand. I also go to Zeifert for my glasses. Their selection is top notch. A few weeks ago, I was in because two of my prescription sunglasses broke. I did not purchase these at Zeifert. However, Ivan was amazing, and spent a significant amount of time fixing both of my sunglasses without a charge. I am a super grateful customer and probably a Zeifert customer for life.
