Bernadette provided great service, she was clear with her instructions personable and kind! The precheck in process was fast, efficient, and informative. Lolli was also great with helping me select my new glasses. She showed me all my options and provided the proper clarity that helped me to make an informed decision!

Our first visit to Looking Glass Optometry was excellent. The staff is highly professional and took the time to answer all of our questions with great expertise. I have been going to Dr. Howard for at least 20 plus years and my father has been going to her longer. She takes the time to explain everything so you feel you are able to make the best decision for yourself. I recommend her to all of my friends! Love her and as along as she is practicing I will follow her

Many thanks to the staff at the optical department! I have recently ordered three new pairs of glasses with my new prescription from Dr. Nguyen . I’m very happy with the glasses but really want to mention Rosalina and Angie and the man (whose name I don’t know)...as they each worked patiently on getting the new frames to fit properly. Even though the department was busy I felt like I was not being rushed and I enjoyed my visit...and came away very satisfied! Thanks Costco...for your great employees!

Came to get an exam for my eyes and I’m so glad I saw Dr. Nguyen, she gave me so information that my previous optical office did not inform me and even encouraged me to go see Kaiser for my eye health. Bought two pairs of glasses after my exam and I’m beyond amazed by the customer service. Picked up my glasses and the prescription fit perfectly and glasses were neat and fixed to fit my head. Thank you Oswaldo for your awesome customer service. Would definitely recommend coming here for yearly exams and glasses!

I've been going to Dr. Uyeda since 1985. I recommended him to all my co-workers. They all agreed it's worth the drive where ever you live. One coworker drove from Long Beach just to see him. They were very satisfied. Another coworker said she couldn't believe he didn't try to sell her new glasses when she didn't need them. He is very honest, caring and knowledgeable. I recently went to see him for my yearly checkup, I didn't need new glasses. I asked him if he was going to retire soon, he said no. I was thrilled, I don't want to go anywhere else.

I actually enjoyed the whole experience. I randomly chose this place, and was pleasantly surprised. Eye exam was very thorough. Doctor was great, staff were great, and most importantly, very happy with my glasses. Highly recommended.

The Dr. Is so well educated and professional. The staff is so patient oriented, welcoming and professional. The equipment is state of the art updated. Erica helped me with my glasses. Patiently until I chose the ones I was happy with. I look forward to a long relationship.
