I actually enjoyed the whole experience. I randomly chose this place, and was pleasantly surprised. Eye exam was very thorough. Doctor was great, staff were great, and most importantly, very happy with my glasses. Highly recommended.

Dr. Howard Day is very thorough with examinations. He is very friendly and caring with his patients. I would recommend him to everyone.

The experience was ok. I was never advised about the price for bifocals glasses without the lines. Purchase the glasses in February 2023. Two months later I owe $118.00 for no line glasses. Complete rip off. Very disappointed.

I spent several months attempting to purchase replacement lenses for my eyeglasses... After being told my order could not be placed over the phone , I went to the store several times , each time I was told the computer system was not working and my prescription could not be found . Months later (today) I was told that my order could be placed over the phone , but , conveniently, my prescription has expired and I would have to pay for another examination. I see absolutely no reason to ever visit this location again , and advise against ever coming here for any reason.

Have been coming here for more then 4 years and I love it. Prefer them better then other places. Yes it’s Walmart but customer service is always great with them.

The receptionist and optometrist were great. My problem lies with the company itself. I paid for my glasses and I’ve been waiting for three weeks with no end in sight. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. If your time is valuable, don’t waste it here.

Appointment set up was simple and easy and eye exam with doctor was educational and most excellent. However as it stands now my son has yet to receive his glasses and it's been one month already. They need to hire more staff!

The 4 stars is only for the doctor himself. The doctor was awesome. Very thorough and explained a lot to me. However, the checking out process was a hassle. I requested certain "upgrades" that my insurance says it covers, but I was charged for it. My insurance covers the eye exam, itself. But, I was charged for it as well. I was told that my glasses would be in "in about 2 weeks". I am currently at 2 weeks and 2 days and still have heard nothing. I call and nobody answers the phone no matter what time it is. I have left voicemails but they go unanswered. Very frustrating, to say the least.

Margo (Shelby) delivered outstanding customer service during my exam. Her wittiness and comforting demeanor made my eye exam an absolute joy. I’ve never had such a great time at any other appointment in my life. She answered all of my questions professionally while keeping things simple enough for me and my husband to understand. 10/10 would highly recommend having Shelby assist other patients who are interested in having a great experience because I most certainly will be coming back based on her service alone.

Not a long wait at all before I was called back. Eye exam was very thorough and I felt at ease the entire time. I liked the assistant the doctor I saw and will definitely return for my future appointments. The handicap spots are close to the door. Easy to get wheelchair through the door and the door is not super heavy. The waiting room is large enough for your wheelchair that you don't feel in the way. Everything is wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair, so no worries there.

Absolutely enjoyed my experience at day care.. wonderful staff very friendly environment beautiful glasses this is a wonderful place to come to get your eye exam and glasses contacts all of that special thanks to Dr. PEYTON YARBROUGH, O.D. My daughter came and she had a wonderful experience.
