The receptionist and optometrist were great. My problem lies with the company itself. I paid for my glasses and I’ve been waiting for three weeks with no end in sight. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. If your time is valuable, don’t waste it here.

Margo (Shelby) delivered outstanding customer service during my exam. Her wittiness and comforting demeanor made my eye exam an absolute joy. I’ve never had such a great time at any other appointment in my life. She answered all of my questions professionally while keeping things simple enough for me and my husband to understand. 10/10 would highly recommend having Shelby assist other patients who are interested in having a great experience because I most certainly will be coming back based on her service alone.

Not a long wait at all before I was called back. Eye exam was very thorough and I felt at ease the entire time. I liked the assistant the doctor I saw and will definitely return for my future appointments. The handicap spots are close to the door. Easy to get wheelchair through the door and the door is not super heavy. The waiting room is large enough for your wheelchair that you don't feel in the way. Everything is wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair, so no worries there.

Absolutely enjoyed my experience at day care.. wonderful staff very friendly environment beautiful glasses this is a wonderful place to come to get your eye exam and glasses contacts all of that special thanks to Dr. PEYTON YARBROUGH, O.D. My daughter came and she had a wonderful experience.

Both my wife and I have been seeing Dr. Moschell for a number of years and have been very satisfied with the care we've received. We both have issues which require that we be seen twice per year. Have never experienced a visit where she was significantly behind schedule.

My time is valuable. I do not like places that think their time is more important. I was placed in a room and been waiting for the doctor for 45 minutes. First time here and not happy at all.

This is NOT on the office, ladies in the office are very sweet OR Dr. Moschell, this is the person taking me back to the room, Kristin, if I was in the room 3m that's pushing it, and this was a diabetic check, she was going so fast with everything, I could barely keep up with her directions. When the blue light came to check the pressure she swung it around so fast it touched my eye ball, because she was in a hurry. Not real confident on anything up to seeing the dr

I don't know why there's so many negative reviews here so I figured I'd post my own based on my experience. I've been coming here for a couple years because I have eye disease and a family history of glaucoma. I always find that the doctors are super gentle and are absolutely amazing with doing the eye exams. I mention this because in prior experiences I've been hurt going to eye doctors, and used to be absolutely terrified of getting an eye exam. Here the process is incredibly smooth and the doctors are very transparent on pricing, what each part of the exam is for, etc. I've been way more comfortable getting an eye exam here versus my prior experiences.
I never had any problems with picking up my prescription glasses and they have always accepted my insurance. I work as a Software Engineer and I'm also a student and a gamer, so I need glasses that can keep up with work and life. I always find a great pair of glasses here, and the wonderful people working here are super helpful with telling me about what works best.
I've read reviews on glasses breaking here, and that's not my experience at all. My glasses have always held up super well. They even supported me replacing the lenses on my old pair of glasses from when I came here 5 years prior because I liked my old pair so much and all they needed was updated lenses. They were able to get all 3 glasses I ordered ready in 2 weeks in time for back to school.
I highly recommend coming here for glasses and an eye exam.

Dr Tony Matusiak was wonderful, professional and KIND. Made my exam very calming and was very Patient and caring. Explained all information in a clear and understandable way. Second time I have seen him. He is AMERICAS BEST! SO THANKFUL

Warning: bad product bad service.
Take your business elsewhere.
Over 6 months with no refund
I picked up a pair of sunglasses here in April. By July they were already broken.
I wore them barely 10 times. Tony was unwilling to replace them.
Avoid this place and it's very low quality products and rude associates.
Tony at this location offered an insulting deal of 10% off of a replacement. Jessica then changed it to a 30% off deal
The above paragraph is America's Best's lousy response to this complaint.
Both of these "deals" are basically the same cost as a new exam and buying a whole new set of 2 glasses.
Definitely best to go elsewhere. Spend more money for better customer service and better glasses

1st time in with my wife the staff was ok, not very friendly or helpful but got the glasses ordered. Then I went in next day to get mine,I had to have an exam and the guy that works there to check me in,
has NO personality. Just said sit there and the Dr will be out to get you. I said I wanted to keep my frames and just get the lenses. He rudely said well then you will have to go without you glasses for next 2 weeks, so I had to pick out frames since I need my glasses. Then we go in 2 weeks later to pick up my wife's glasses, both employees are in their phones, and he hands my wife her glasses and I ask him, so I ordered my glasses just a day after her and was wondering if mine happen to be in to. Again rudely, no yours aren't here. They Definitely need to work on customer service and being polite to customers
