Been going to Dr Burnett for many many years. Excellent doctor who gives you all the time you need to clearly answer your questions. Rare indeed to have one so dedicated to your health.

10 out of 10 highly recommend. The staff was so great with my 5 year old son. Dr. Dygert was fantastic with him. I have had a hard time finding an eye Dr with positive experiences. Usually I leave feeling ok about my appointment but not the greatest. With Dr. Dygert and his staff everything was different in the most positive way. I'm so happy to say I now know where to take my kids for eye exams and I will use this place for myself when I need a new prescription. I could go on and on about the positive experience but I will just say again 10 out of 10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Dr Lincoln Dygert was very thorough. He explained everything he was doing in terms I could understand. I appreciated the time he spent to help correct my eye problem. He set up and appointment with a Neuro-Opthamolgist to help diagnose the reason for the problem. He was interested in eliminating the cause, not just treating the symptoms (which I find rare in a doctor), He also loaned me some corrective glasses until mine could be made up. I would highly recommend Dr. Dygert for your eye care needs.

Family Vision Care in North Ogden Utah is a great place!! They were able to help us out even though we are from out of town! Their office is clean and very inviting!

I recently was diagnosed with a syndrome that made it impossible for me to close one of my eyelids. My doctor recommended that I make an appointment urgently for further evaluation of my eye by an Optometrist, since it had sustained damage during this time. I made the appointment with Family Vision Care. They were able to schedule me just over a week out from the time my doctor recommended I be evaluated. Two days after I made the appointment, I received a text saying my appointment was cancelled. I was frustrated an since it was urgent, I made an appointment with another clinic. Then I got a text the day before my cancelled appointment asking me to confirm whether I could make it or not. I replied “No. Your office cancelled my appointment. See previous message in thread.” I then got a phone call hours later saying my appointment was cancelled. It was a mess. My recommendation. Do not schedule an appointment here if your matter is urgent and serious. When I scheduled, I made it clear that my matter was serious. That made no difference to them in the end. I don’t know what the Doctor had going on that was urgent enough for her to cancel, but regardless I have to take my money somewhere else. I will not contact this clinic again. Very disappointed. They get two stars because I did see them once about two years ago, they did their job, and they were polite, which is what I expect. REVISION 1 in response to reply: I guess Google doesn’t provide a method to reply to a reply, so I’m editing this comment as my reply. Further replies if necessary will be marked with a revision number heading. My appointment was not cancelled/rescheduled due to insurance. I don’t know if that’s what your comment was alluding to, but it completely distracts attention from the issue I had. We sorted out insurance before this mishap occurred. I still have the text messages from your office. My appointment was for February 28th at 2:50pm. I got the text from your office on February 23rd at 1:36pm saying that Dr. Palmer was going to be out of the office that day. Normally if this were a periodic checkup, I wouldn’t care at all. But I had an emergency, which I made explicitly clear. I was diagnosed with Ramsey Hunt Syndrome and my doctor’s evaluation was that I had serious enough eye damage that I needed to be seen by an optometrist as soon as possible. I don’t know the dynamics of your office, but if it were my office (and I assume you have more than one doctor on staff) I would evaluate my week’s patients to ensure leave wouldn't overlap with a patient's emergency. Then I would make absolutely certain that patient would be taken care of instead of just sending a text saying “sorry we need to reschedule”. Like I stated previously, I don’t know why Dr. Palmer attempted to reschedule, and it’s none of my business. But on my side, this isn’t acceptable. A good example of offices taking care of emergencies is Mountain Vista Dental Care. I had an emergency, and they bent over backwards to take care of my situation.

Great staff friendly and attentive. They are very helpful and understanding with glasses and small adjustments that need to be made when one has very bad astigmatism and near sidedness. I would recommend this place and the doctors.

I’ve gotten my glasses from Regis for several years and I have had great experiences. I’ve never had any issues with my glasses or lenses. They have lots of great trendy options and turn around time is typically pretty fast.

Good place to get glasses. I appreciate that it's connected to/within the same office as my optometrist. There's a good selection of glasses and lens options, and the service was great. Everything was handled in the time expected and I'm enjoying my new glasses.
