Saw Dr. Eftekhari today for droopy upper eyelids. Awesome experience! Cheyene (medical assistant) was personable and efficient. She performed an eye exam and checked my field of vision. Dr. Eftekhari was excellent! He was also very personable and caring. Dr. Eftekhari explained my options after a thorough exam. He was sure to make me feel comfortable and to answer all my questions. Highly recommend!

Highly Recommended!!! Dr. Childs is the best IMO. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cares about his patients. My eyeglass prescription was perfect, and he was also able to prescribe me some eye drops when I had severe conjunctivitis. Brianna also knows her stuff and I was very impressed with her professionalism and expertise doing all my eye tests. Prices are very affordable and major/popular name brand products are available. I am LOVING my foldable Ray Ban glasses and sunglasses! Why go anywhere else since South Valley Optical at 1-800 Contacts is a win-win-win? Thank you! :)

Couldn't be more pleased! My previous doctor retired recently and it's been a struggle to find a worthy replacement. I am pleased to say that Dr. Childs and the staff are South Valley Optical exceeded my expectations. Dr. Childs is very thorough, he spent time explaining what he could see with my vision, listening to and addressing my concerns, sharing options. I never felt rushed or ignored. The optician staff were extremely helpful with finding frames that fit my narrow face, look nice on me and will work with a progressive lens. Everyone on the team worked together to provide me with a personalized experience. I've been purchasing contacts through 1-800-contacts for several years but some offices are stubborn about releasing prescriptions to purchase elsewhere; using South Valley Optical makes that step simpler as my Rx is easily linked to the 1-800-contacts account. 10 out of 10!

I have been coming here for years. I LOVE the doctor so will continue to come back. But the office staff has changed and not for the better. Sadly.

Dr. Pierce is the best. He has been tracking my eye activity for years, and helps me strategize the best ways to slow the early aging issues in my eyes. I highly recommend him!

Dr Pierce and staff are amazing. I had an emergency eye issue and he and his staff got me right in and helped me quickly. I highly recommend him and his practice. My wife and kids also get their glasses, contacts and exams through his practice.

I do not recommend going here. This place also has outdated glasses frames. Saw Dr. Justin Burk in May 2023 I constantly have dry eyes. Dr. Burk said it was allergies and dry Utah weather. Got new glasses elsewhere, still cant see clear from the left eye. Went back to Dr. Burk told him my left eye was not clear. He spent time looking at left eye, I know he saw something and brushed it off. Went to a different optometrist who did a better job and took time to examine my eyes. New Dr. said my eyes were dry and damaged; prescribed me eyedrops and referred me to a cornea specialist.

I was running a couple minutes late and the staff was very understanding and got me in right away to keep things on schedule. Dr. Fellows is great as always and the staff was friendly and helpful. I couldn't order new contacts with insurance until September and the office offered me free trial pairs until then if I didn't have any leftover from the last year supply.
