I was running a couple minutes late and the staff was very understanding and got me in right away to keep things on schedule. Dr. Fellows is great as always and the staff was friendly and helpful. I couldn't order new contacts with insurance until September and the office offered me free trial pairs until then if I didn't have any leftover from the last year supply.

I 100% recommend Eyeglass World in Draper. The staff is not only friendly but highly skilled. The doctor was great & he did a thorough job in explaining everything. I hope you get the pleasure of working with Jeff...He's AMAZING!!!

Jennifer is an amazing woman and her customer service is superior. I came in to fix my sunglasses because the nose adjuster thing broke and she not only fixed it immediately she made my sunglasses even lighter than when I first got them because their products are just that amazing . Thank you Jennifer so much for your kindness and superb customer service. Highly recommend this business.

Sheila was wonder! I needed to order contacts to he sent to my home. She assisted me in deciding which contacts and how many boxes would be most cost effective for the duration of time I wanted them (6 months worth.) I really appreciate the professional customer service she provided.

I’m so glad I found Visionology. I have been going for several years now, and I have consistently had a fantastic experience with every visit. The customer service is top-notch and Doctor Peterson is genuinely a great eye doctor who cares about his patients. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Best eye doctor in Draper and in Salt Lake county! 10/10 recommend to all.

I've been going to Visionology and seeing Dr. Peterson for 6+ years now and am always so impressed! The staff does a great job of keeping things efficient without compromising care. I'm always in and out in a timely manner. When purchasing new frames, the staff was incredibly helpful with finding me a pair I loved. I can't recommend Visionology enough!

When I was in third grade I started experiencing headaches and it was determined that they were due to impaired vision, so luck my, I got to get glasses. Helpfully, I was outfitted with a spiffy pair of circular transition lenses (the original ones that never really quite transitioned all the way back to clear). Harry Potter came out the next year and the comparison (aided by my unfortunate spectacle choice) with the titular character did little to improve my popularity. As this anecdote might illustrate, my relationship with ophthalmologist's offices has occasionally been fraught. Thankfully, as an adult I can choose both the glasses that I wear and the office I go to. I now select both carefully. Visionology is an excellent office that I and my wife have been going to for 2 years now. I find all of the staff to be helpful and knowledgeable. The doctor is solution oriented and customer focused. The facilities are clean and aesthetically pleasing. The selection of glasses is above par. In life you can't have everything but you can have a nice experience at the eye doctor.

I am SO impressed with the quality of care and general interest in my well being. I had the most thorough eye exam of my life here. Halle is top notch and has incredible patience in helping you find the right glasses. Dr. Melton suggested lenses I had never heard of and I’m excited to see how they work. She had incredible patience with me too and spent a long time making sure I had the right subscription.

Dr Melton and her staff are the epitome of professionalism. They are highly organized and thorough in how they conduct an eye exam and fitting for eyeglasses. They are also very thorough in their explanations of issues and engage in amazing dialogue with the patient to ensure that what has been discussed is understood. I cannot ask for anything more in terms of eye care.

Such a friendly, welcoming, and humorous staff! Their enthusiastic disposition and homey environment made for an extremely comfortable experience. These people are clearly professionals whose interest is to take good care of you during your visit. Choice is suuuuper flexible as they work with most insurances, meaning I got a top quality eye exam and a pair of Ray-Bans (with a whole slew of add-ons) for a cheap $150 copay! these guys are hard to top, and I can’t recommend Choice Eye Care enough!

It’s always nice to visit Dr. Barnes. Not only does he seem entirely competent, but he is a nice person, too. Friendly, gentle and professional. I wish all my doctors were as nice as he.
