We've taken our kids to Dr. Barnes to get their eye exams the past few years. This year he said our daughters prescription hadn't changed so we didn't update her glasses right away. With school starting we decided to pick her up two more pairs of glasses and used the updated prescription. On putting on the glasses our daughter said they hurt her eyes so we rechecked the prescription with last years prescription. The prescription was the same but the amount of the stigmatism was drastically different, definitely an error on the doctors part. When I called today the staff said because its been over 90 days I would have to pay to have her rechecked. This is unacceptable. I was willing to take the long wait times and difficulties in scheduling but at least you expect to get an accurate prescription. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Wow lol I really thought the reviews on here were just people having bad days but this is ridiculous🤨 tried asking simple questions from being someone who’s new to have eye glasses. Whoever was on the phone it was an older lady and she hung up on 3 times 😂??? literally why !?!? ridiculous! if you don’t like the job you have find a new one.

The Doctor is patient, soft spoken and kind. He provided all necessary information and really knows his stuff, I just feel that he rushed a little. But even bigger shoutout to his assistant/ receptionist Danielle, she answered all my lingering concerns and questions about my prescription. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Dr. Arici and his group. They treated me well and prescribed lenses and glasses that work great. I will continue to use them for my eye health needs for the indefinite future.

Absolutely fantastic, quick but thorough and I didn't feel rushed through the process at all. He answered all of my questions and concerns no matter how arbitrary they were. Definitely recommend.

Staff were wonderful, as usual, and Dr. White was very thorough, taking the time to discuss and explain my exam with me. Dr. White is so personable and easy to talk to. I have been a long term patient of his, and would recommend him and Invision Eye Health to anyone & everyone! Wonderful experience!!

I love this clinic and specifically enjoy Dr. Ashley Craven. She is innovative in her approach to eye care. I feel like I am a VIP every time I go in and today was no exception. New assistant Hailey was so professional in getting all my testing and data completed, and added to my VIP experience. Thank you to you and your staff Dr. Craven! Looking forward to next year!

I had a great experience here. The technician who ran all my tests was friendly and helpful. She explained everything and made the process easy. Dr. Snow was great too, he offered me a choice and seemed invested in getting me the right contacts since I was between prescriptions. When I came back for a follow up he checked everything and gave me some samples to help my itchy eyes.

I’ve been a patient here since 2018. The team is fantastic. They have the uncanny ability to remember me from year to year when I come in for exams and new contact lenses. Travis and Rachelle are professional and personable. The doctor is efficient and the visit is always comfortable. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a place for eye exams, glasses or contact lenses.

This target optical is the place to go. What really makes this location stand out though is the assistant manager Rachelle. She goes above and beyond to help make sure you find the perfect frames for your face, all discounts are applied, and that you have a great all around experience. If not for her working here, I would not make the 30 minute drive to come to this location. Since we first visited I have referred several people to get their eyes checked and glasses from her because it is always a great experience. No matter what Rachelle gets paid, she needs a raise!

The Sandy, UT Target Optical was AMAZING. Their customer service was simply outstanding. Rachelle took the time needed to help my wife when she really needed help. The doctor was the best. He took his time and made me feel comfortable. The cost for the exam was very affordable as well. We will keep going there and nowhere else.
