Great experience. They saw us with no appointment and are very patient with my daughter when she was trying contacts. The whole staff is kind and helpful. My insurance isn’t covered by them but I keep going back to them. I would recommend them to everyone.

Everyone was very professional, thorough, but still very quick. In the 20-25 minutes I was there, I was given a lot of helpful information about my eye health and all of my questions were answered. The price was also affordable for me even though I do not have insurance. I will definitely come back regularly for visits!

Ion Vision in Sandy has been a lifesaver in getting our Scleral lenses, most other places didn't take our UHC eye insurance, and Scleral lenses are incredibly expensive without it. They've been wonderful to work with our schedule and very accommodating.

*Doctor doesn’t clean anything between appointments.* the door was open as he saw 2 people, never wiped anything down. Doesn’t have any cleaning wipes in the exam room. Asked the front desk guy to quote me on contact prescription based on our insurance info (he had it in the system) before deciding if we wanted to do it or not. He misquoted by about $100 so we ended up paying way more than we thought we would.

This new pair of glasses feels a lot cheaper quality then the same exact pair I got two years ago. I have both pairs still and one is considerably cheaper. Said it would cost 20$ for the pair after insurance so I figured the bill would be around that. Nope 120! They charge tax on price before insurance not after.

Due to circumstances, I lost my vision insurance. Still, I knew there was a good sale so I called and explained my situation. Jon helped me with the eye exam, the sale situation, and even gave me advice on frames that were better for my face shape! Amazing service! Highly recommend!!

I’ve been struggling to find a pair of glasses that fit my face and look good for literal months. John helped me find not one, not two, but three pairs!! Just when I was going to give up all hope of ever finding a new pair! Seriously come here. You will be happy you did!

Nice, professional staff. Gives you a trial period of contacts and a follow up appointment to ensure a good fit and correction. Dr. Fellows did an excellent job with my exam too. I feel like I have a better correction than I've had in years.

Don't go here. Infuriatingly bad service and rotten selection. Despite having three people at the desk and an empty shop, my wife had to push them to get some help. They took insurance info, pointed her to the covered glasses, then sat back down behind the desk and cheerfully ignored her. Our insurance lists it as a "Premier" shop for vision coverage. Don't believe a word of it. The difference in quality of service and selection between this place (failed on all counts) and something like Standard Optical (friendly, helpful, and attentive) is shocking.
