Great people, highly recommend Dr. Schultz!

LOVE THIS PLACE! As soon as I came in I didn’t have to wait. The ENTIRE staff is amazing and very attentive. They answered all my questions and was very informative about pricing and what I needed to help me see better. From the moment I came in Joy greeted with kindness, Madison was at the desk ready to get started with my appointment, Dr. Palmer was there within 10 mins or less after dilation and Rachel even assisted me with picking out frames! The whole team is great! Definitely coming back for my contacts! Thank you for such great service!

I scheduled an appointment and completed all the necessary paperwork. The day before said appointment, I received a reminder indicating a $50 cancellation fee if I canceled within 24 hours. However, on the morning of my appointment, I was informed that it was canceled with less than 4 hours' notice, and the earliest available reschedule date was over a week away. This experience left a less than favorable impression, especially as a new patient. While I understand the importance of managing appointments, it's disheartening to encounter such a short notice cancellation and a lengthy delay for a new appointment. Their cancellation policy appears to be a one-sided policy where patients face a $50 penalty for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, while the doctor is exempt from any consequences for their last-minute cancellations. Introducing a more equitable compensation or penalty system for instances when the doctor cancels on the patient at the last minute would significantly improve the overall patient experience. As it stands, I'm exploring other optometry options for my needs.

Location is very convenient to my place of work. The staff is very friendly and welcoming! I received a thorough exam and explanation to what was going on with my eyes. I am definitely happy I chose them for my eye care!

Every experience could not have been better. The most friendly, accommodating, kind staff imaginable. Even when I wasn't the best of patients. I would recommend them without any hesitation. Wonderful group of professionals.

Dr. Brugger is an excellent Retinol Specialist. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. He probably saved my life for which I thank him very much. I would highly recommend him and his Associates.

Met with Dr Brugger for a post eye laser check up. Meeting was short and sweet. Check up was great, all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Carolina Eyecare has great and experienced doctors. My other eye doctor is Dr Carter and she is great also. Might as well mention Dr Hunter and Dr Folgar.

I'm giving 3 stars because the only experience I've had with this office has been negative. I recently moved to the area and researched online for a place to take myself and daughter for an eye exam. I found this one and it had great reviews. Even better their website told me the accept my insurance. They also had the ability to book an appointment online. I made an appointment for Monday morning, seems great right? It was until Monday morning, that's when they called me to tell me that their appointment maker online doesn't actually work and that they didn't have any appointments to the following week. So we waited almost 2 full weeks for our appointments We got to the place and went to check in only to have them they do not in fact take my insurance. I politely told her that the website stated specifically that they took my insurance. I even showed her where it said that, and asked if I was misunderstanding what the website meant She replied with saying no that they had recently been bought by another company that does take it but that it would be awhile before they actually could take it, and that it was likely whoever made their website probably just didn't get the memo. They offered no further assistance after that. We happily took our business else where that was honest and upfront from the beginning. Seemed really unprofessional to have a website that did not have any accurate information, and ultimately a huge waste of my time.

Dr. Koets and his staff are very welcoming and friendly. It just so happens our residence is across the street so any and every eye problem I have had, they have always helped me to the farthest extent, and sometimes on short notice. I've ordered my glasses from there as well, they have a wide selection and will sit you down and help you try on every pair if needed. An awesome eye doctor with amazing customer service!

Was potentially going to make an appointment with Dr. Koets since my family goes there. Ive heard all great things about him! But ended up not making an appointment bc of how the receptionist have treated my family. The receptionists (older ladies) are entitled and DISRESPECTFUL towards my family. It is disgusting how theyve talked to my family--raising their voice because they "didnt know" what my family member was saying. Although one of my fam members may have an accent, they still understand what the receptionist is saying & the tone/attitude they are giving off. Just wanted to voice this issue & hope the front desk staff realize that their behavior is shameful
