This Vision Center at Walmart, Oakbrook Center, Dorchester Rd Summerville, SC, use to be great. Since Debbie, the Manager, has been gone, the service is out the window and a big waste of time! Donna, the current Manager, is unfriendly, and acts like you are bothering her. Our family has been going here for years, but will not return. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

Such a great experience- Cheyenne was so very helpful especially when my insurance didn’t want to cooperate. She really helped me make the necessary decisions in purchasing new glasses. Thanks Cheyenne

Cheyenne provided excellent customer service. Dr. Beavers was thorough and listened to my issues with my eyes. He was a great educator. Melissa was great at multitasking when I checked in. Busy business and the staff worked together for a great customer experience. Aqualea was a double tester on pupil placement. Great team effort.

She is very professional, you can see her passion for what she does, she listened to you and concern about you get the best results on your prescription !

I appreciate the professionalism and organization from the front desk to checking out. I didn't feel rushed and the doctor explained results and treatment going forward. The patience and help when picking out frames was very nice and smooth.

The service from the Dr. and the tech was great. Having to go through the call center now instead of talking directly with the office is a pain. Tried for 5 days in a row never could get an appointment through the call center. One day was on the phone for over 30 minutes. I asked to have an office manager call me and she was the rudest person I have ever spoken with. If I had not been using the Dr's there for such a long time I would have went somewhere else. I really wish they would do away with the call center and go back the way it was. It was so much more personal that way.

Dr Whittington is extremely thorough and very easy to talk to. She listens and addresses my concerns. She demonstrates compassion in her job. The staff is professional and helpful.

I needed to get an eye exam because it'd been too long. I have a little social anxiety, but everyone was really friendly and helpful. I think they do their best to make sure people are comfortable and things are explained well to them. I recommend coming here. Thank you to everyone who looked after me on my appointment! Ya'll are great!

Everyone was very nice, professional and patient. Dr. Alegado took the time to answer and explained any questions l had. My glasses arrived very quickly. Was pleased with this business.

Very fast, professional. The optometrist and the staff were patient as I handled a toddler and an infant during my appointment. Amazing technology, and they discuss any potential health risks based on the scans they take.
