I was 5 minutes late because I am a nurse so it is difficult to leave immediately on time. Refused to see me even though I am a current patient and she would have to be with me for 20 30 anyway. Do not recommend because I have had to wait 20 30 minutes on the doctor before but she cannot wait 5 on me when I called and left a message I was running late due to traffic. No one was in there patient wise when I walked in. Not going back.

I don’t usually wrote reviews but felt I had to share the goodness of God. Dr. Hood and his staff are God’s sent. They are the “A” team! I can’t say enough how his office has been a blessing to my husband in tine of need. Thank you so much for all that you do. You all are AMAZING! Nikki and Hannah, you rock! Optical impressions Summerville is amazing. I have been to the Goose Creek store but the Summerville store blows them out the water. Customer service is amazing! Bought contacts from them, came back in months later to get more. They remember my name, wife name and the pair of glasses I was looking at months before.

Great place to get a eye exam and glasses. Nikki and Hannah are very kind, friendly and a pleasure in talking with every visit. Nikki is awesome each time adjusting my glasses. I would highly recommend them to anyone. If your looking for great quality lenses and frames Optical Impressions in Summerville is the place to go.

The people are pleasant but, it would be nice if their hours were convenient for people that work Monday through Friday. Very disappointing

bad service, I paid for anti-reflective and anti-scratch lenses, the anti-reflection stained and the anti-scratch lenses get easily irritated, I went several times to complain about the lenses, I even lost patience and paid again to have them remade, I went to complain and I got they said they had nothing to do. I always shopped with them for many years but I won't go back there.

Hello, So I had my eye appointment today, I was greeted promptly filled out my paper work which didn’t take long. I got right in the process was very quick , which i liked that. They answered all my questions, picked out my glasses and was fitted , again answered all my questions, they explained what I paid for and what my insurance covered. Super fast in and out great service, glad I went and didn’t spend an arm and a leg like I did at lens crafters.

Highly recommend! I had a great experience. Dr. Sexton was great! She was thorough and very patient as I asked her go back and forth to see which lenses were clearer. The front office staff were great too. I didn’t feel pressured to make any purchases I didn’t want. I will definitely be back.
