Visit was great. Check in was fast and paperwork for a returning patient was minimal. The visit did not feel rushed. I’ll probably return for my future eye care needs.

The staff has always been pleasant. The assistant manager Lauren is amazing. She's gone above and beyond on more than one occasion to make sure that my eyeglass needs were met. I highly recommend this location.

This was a great experience Monica the GM. Vicki the tech and Kay the sales person were awesome I visited this store 2 years ago and the staff you had at the time I said I would never go back. BUT……. This group of women were awesome. They were nice, helpful, caring, and pleasant to be around. The store was clean and seemed very well put together. Thank you ladies for taking care of me. I will be back and I will share my experience with others around me.

Kay at America’s Best was amazing. She is very knowledgeable and she helped me find the best deal for me. Everyone there was inviting and warm. It was a great atmosphere. The Optometrist was awesome!! He made me feel so comfortable and didn’t rush me to make the decision while conducting my exam. Definitely will be back next year!

If I could give 0 stars I would ! I called practice to receive a contact eye exam , i asked throughly if my insurance covered it . I get the business are thirsty for new patients but lying to the patients to get them to come inside is unacceptable. I expressed i was training at a new job and leaving early was not a good look but in order to get my contacts i will have accommodated learning . Jennifer instead of filling understanding what i was calling about rushed me to come in office leaving my job early just to say she put me down for the wrong exam with no empathy or anything This is extremely unprofessional and i will never recommend anyone to come here ! Do not ever come here As far as the response THAT IS A LIE! I have the call recording for me specifically stating i needed to receive contact lenses . You all were greedy for money and instead of actually saying that you do not accommodate contact lens you all preyed on me to come in person anyway. Not professional and would not recommend thanks

I made an appointment on line for medical, I had extreme redness and pain in the right eye. When I arrived I was told it have to be changed to an office visit and would cost me $145.00. This is not charged to my insurance. I hade to be evaluated to determine if it was medical then they would charge my insurance for further visits. This is only a way of getting more money out of you. I went to another doctor and was only charged my copay. This office and doctor should not be trusted. Some doctors use the excuse they need to evaluate you to determine if it's medical or vision. So you have to pay for the evaluation. Not true.

Called for a issue with my eye, they got me in right away. Thank you for all the follow up calls aswell. Happy to say my is all clear, now time for a real pair of eye glasses no more readers ...

Dr Danny Coyle @the Sangaree location is the best. His staff is awesome too. Me my family and co-workers have been using them for years. When i found out he went to Lowcountry Eye Care i was excited and followed him there. I used the Canebay location to get my glasses and the staff there was nice and friendly too. They helped me find the perfect glasses. Very pleased I recommend Lowcountry Eye Care to everyone. Especially Dr Coyle and staff. Hes a top notch eye Dr who knows is stuff and his patients.

Dr. Coyle is amazing and i have gone to him since i was a kid. There has been a lot of additional fees/charges added now that a “chain” has taken over however, i wont stop going there bc of Dr. Coyle. He is the only reason why i have stayed!

Dr Coyle is absolutely the best. Didn’t have many frames to choose from that day but I did find a pair I liked. Not sure why there’s a refraction charge now!!

Update: As soon as I left this review, I got a call from the manager and suddenly my contacts are available for pickup. My husband picked them up for me and both of them are labeled "L"! Luckily, I have 2 left eyes. This will work perfectly! I can't even make this stuff up. I was pleased with the physician and exam. However, 2 months later, I still don't have my TRIAL contacts. I have called multiple times and no one answers. I leave a message and nobody calls back. I get in the queue for a call back and dont get a call back. I went in there a month ago and asked where they were, and I was told they were sent to the wrong store and they supposedly reordered and they only take 2 business days to come in, yet here I am another month later with not even a trial pair of contacts. I work when they're open, or I'd be in there more often, bothering them about it. Luckily I have my old glasses so I can see well enough to type this review! When I went in there, the person (singular) at the desk seemed very overwhelmed.
