Excellent service and care. The entire staff at Eyecare Eyewear Summerville is very welcoming. Dr. Patrick is knowledgeable and helps you understand the health and care needed for your eyes. Every time I have been to the office has been a great experience and has given me confidence in my eye health. I had an annual exam and discovered that corrective lenses improved my vision for reading. I found two frames easily in there expansive selection. Jeana made sure my frames fit well and made any adjustments needed tailor them for the most comfortable fit. The glasses came in quickly and look great! I recommend Eyecare Eyewear Summerville to friends and family in the Charleston area!

This place is wonderful. The doctor saw me right at my scheduled time and was thorough and took his time to get me in just the perfect prescription and contacts. The ladies who helped me pick out new glasses were so helpful. I'm so glad I found this place. Highly recommend it.

The two eye doctors that work here are absolutely incredible. HOWEVER, the gentleman that owns the store part of this Pearl Vision (Michael) is a complete jerk. He refuses to let anyone explain a situation, and instead, simply says things like, “that sounds like your problem, not mine.” He has no idea how to provide good customer service. Which really stinks for the doctors, because they are incredible.

My experience here is always so positive. I’m greeted promptly upon entering, I don’t have to wait around unnecessarily… Everybody seems to know why I’m there and what I’m there to do. Dr. Fullen is always prompt, and I’m usually started before my appointment ( I do tend to get there 10 minutes early or so). The appointment is brief, but all my questions get answered in a friendly manner And I leave grateful that I selected them to be my eye professionals for the last three years and many more years to come. Thank you, Team! I look forward to seeing you all next year.

Dr. Fullen is awesome, very professional and caring. He takes his time with you and answers any questions and concerns. I’ve seen him for years and won’t go anywhere else. I would highly recommend him. When it comes to eye wear Jen is the best and pays attention to the smallest detail.If you’re looking for a certain frame for your glasses , give her a description, she will have them ready from you.

Couldn’t be more skilled, attentive or helpful. I’m visiting Charleston and picked up my new eye glasses at my local vision center so I’d have them for my trip. Unfortunately, they did not fit well, and we’re falling off my face. I simply walked in to Jackson Davenport, and they were perfectly willing to help me, did a great job, and, despite my willingness to pay for their services, didn’t charge me anything. If I lived in Charleston, I would definitely purchase my glasses here.

The staff very nice and professional. The doctor, Dr. Davenport, just walks around and stare at you. Doesn’t speak or welcome you to his establishment. I remember him being nice back when I was a patient years ago. Now not so much.

Highly upset… waited over 4 months for my kids appointments… my kids walked in at 2:40 when my oldest son took them to the front door so they walked in & he could park… it was 2 minutes after that… they told them they couldn’t see them … More

Hated the sign in process on line. The actual Dr. Experience was fine. Not a good diagnosis for me but Dr.King was very kind and explained everything thoroughly.

I found Dr. King when l left the practice of another retina physician due to total dissatisfaction of surgical post care. I could never get any answers to my questions from the surgeon who repaired my retina but Dr King has gone out of his way to answer my questions, provide me with care guidance and realistic expectations of my timeline of sight recovery. He is very professional and does his best to put his patients at ease. He has eased my concerns at a time l really needed that. Thanks, Dr. King! L. Rowan
