This was my first time going to Pearle Vision and it was a very good experience. The doctor and staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed through all the different procedures. Jay took her time with me and helped me pick out the perfect frames. I like that I didn't feel rushed to make up my mind.

I was visiting my family from out of state and had an emergency where my glasses broke the day I was supposed to go home. I scheduled an appointment with this pearle vision location and hoped for the best. The optometrist who did my eye exam was very wonderful, polite, funny and witty. I explained my situation to him and he assigned me to a girl named Jay. She was extremely polite and kind. She helped me through the whole process and was very knowledgeable on her job. I got anti-glare for the first time because of her and now it’s easier for me to drive better at night. The best part is that they were able to make me my glasses in an hour so they legitimately saved my day and week because I wouldn’t have been able to see at all. I am extremely grateful to this store.

Just had an eye exam with Dr. James Gaudio. What a terrific doctor, professional, friendly, nice, one of the best eye exams I’ve ever had. The office and store is clean and nice and friendly and professional. The entire staff was so helpful, without being pushy about buying glasses. Love this location. Have bought glasses here for the past 4 years, but first eye exam. I highly recommend them. Thank you to Dr. Gaudio and the staff!!

Worst place I ever went to Doctors charge you for prescription contacts and end up giving samples they get for free from pharmaceutical companies. When asked they don’t want to take back the samples.

BEWARE OF THE LADIES IN THE FRONT. The ophthalmologist is great. But the ladies in the front are aggressive. They try to force you to buy glasses from only them. I bought glasses online with my prescription. I went back into complain about my prescription and instead of letting me speak to the doctor. They just said “oh it’s because you didn’t buy your glasses from here”. I went to a different eye doctor and they increased my prescription. The prices are outrageous and they had the audacity to try to force you into buying from them! Stay awayyyy from this garbage place!

The worst CVS! Pharmacy hours suck, they never have any prescriptions in stock (they didn’t have children’s amoxicillin), Ive picked up prescriptions only to get home and discover they were incomplete. Save your sanity and go somewhere else.

Pharmacy is horrible. Rude staff - on hold for pharmacy for 12 minutes and they still did not fix the issue. Some of the staff seem annoyed they are at work

The gentlemen named Ash was very attentive and respectful towards customer. He tried his best to solve my problem which I went for. Every worker of this Glen Cove Location's CVS are amazing. This store deserves more than 5 stars.

Couldn't handle CVS any longer.Many mistakes, no attention , understaffed. I finally switched to Glen Head Pharmacy. Everything seems to matter to them.The store and merchandise is special. Reminds me of Andy of Mayberry! Nice, cozy home town ambiance.Will update!!!
