Absolutely fantastic experience for me and my 5 year old son. Front office staff is very professional , kind and efficient. We were seen on time , saw two doctors and both were outstanding in their bedside manner. I highly recommend this practice.

The wait times can sometimes be a little bit ridiculous, especially when they expect little children to sit quietly in a waiting room for over an hour. But other than that, staff is very nice, and the doctors here are phenomenal.

It is impossible to make an appointment. No one answers the phone ever and you have to wait days for someone to call you back. If you happen to not be able to pick up the call when they happen to call back days later you’re screwed.

Dr. Kahn has been my eye doctor for several years. No one cares more about your eye health. I have had issues recently and Dr. Kahn has gone above and beyond to allay my concerns. He even saw me on a Sunday to make sure I was ok. I don't know of any other doctor who is as caring and knowledgeable and compassionate. Thank you Dr. Kahn. God bless.

Fantastic Optician, Tony and Sabrina really went above and beyond - customer service, quality, expertise and everything! I ordered 4 pairs and they did everything possible to get the order filled as quickly as possible - excellent communication too. Need glasses / sunglasses - best place to go!!

Love this place! Dr. Yelena is an amazing professional who deeply cares about her patients and their vision. Every time I go to my check up I am always sure I'll get the best treatment from the best optician. Guaranteed to have your vision assessed to the best ability with her and she will treat you like her own to choose out the frames that suit you best and tailor your needs.

Our family loves Dr. Yelena P, very nice and professional. She listens and is honest and understanding. I had an eye inflammation caused by the glue from lashes done for a special occasion and she wasn’t judgmental, she prescribed drops to help the issue. The staff are helpful and friendly and are not too pushy. Never had a long wait time for appointments.

Absolutely horrible scheduling department, I will never again try to schedule here. I made my appointment over a month ago for my wife and I. During this COVID time, we both had to take off, find baby sitter for our four children. And we needed this appointment to check our aging eyes as well as for DMV. Only to show up the day of the appointment and be told that we were cancelled. When I called to find out what happened they said i made the appointment and no reason was given but that our appointments were cancelled by me? In which I did not cancel as I showed up for the appointment. And of course they tried to reschedule for a month later. Why would I do that, I needed this appointment today and made all the arrangements to go to see them. Who ever made our appointments I hope someone looks into their scheduling department and finds the person who did this to us so it doesn't happen to anyone else. Please go somewhere else do not go here very unprofessional and incompetent people in their scheduling department and it will cost you a lot in the end.

Dismissive administrator staff including office manager, front desk and those that make appointments. Left 5 messages with Pam to confirm my insurance. Office manager was sent an email. NEVER responded . Pam NEVER called back. Called Michael Dowling’s office and was assured resolution. NEVER happened. Is this indicative of medical care too? Unacceptable to treat potential/new patients this way.
