It is hard to believe that my husband was rescheduled TWICE due to the absence of A technician who was supposed to do the measurement before my husband's surgery. In order to meet the dates, he had to reschedule his own patients weeks ago. The secretary told us that she called and left message. But, the message center confirmed our appointment the day before the appointment on July 25 (The message was saved on my cell). My husband went twice. On June 28, he went for nothing. They could not find his appointment on the system and asked him to go back on July 26. So, he did and was told to reschedule again and leave. I left the message to the manager, Jack. He did not call back at all. Something is wrong with this department.

Dr. Zhu-Tam is very professional and friendly. She takes her time to explain everything and is very patient. The office is clean and has short wait time. The staff is also very friendly. Highly recommend!

Dr. Tam is the best! My whole family has been seeing her for a few years now. She is very detailed and takes her time to explain everything about your eyes. She's helped my daughter's near sightedness greatly. I wouldn't trust my eyes with anyone else again. She is amazing!

I have been bringing my three boys to Dr. Tam for their annual check-ups for as long as I can remember. She is a very knowledgeable and professional individual who conducts a very thorough and complete examination. Because she is so personable and friendly, my boys feel very comfortable around her and, therefore, are less apprehensive about having their eyes checked and examined— which is not an easy task to accomplish with young, school-aged kids. Her office location in Great Neck is clean, tidy, and modern. Her staff is polite, helpful, and accommodating. I have frequently recommended her to many of my friends and their children—and, I continue to do so.

Very accommodating as well as helpful. Professionally completed my exam. Results were quickly provided to me. All matters were completed within 39 minutes time. Very pleased

Went with my 96 year old Mom. Staff was great. Optometrist Zachariah was great. Dr. Rosenthal was great. Treated with utmost respect, patience and kindness. And this was our first time ever visit!

This was my first time going to Pearle Vision and it was a very good experience. The doctor and staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed through all the different procedures. Jay took her time with me and helped me pick out the perfect frames. I like that I didn't feel rushed to make up my mind.

Just had an eye exam with Dr. James Gaudio. What a terrific doctor, professional, friendly, nice, one of the best eye exams I’ve ever had. The office and store is clean and nice and friendly and professional. The entire staff was so helpful, without being pushy about buying glasses. Love this location. Have bought glasses here for the past 4 years, but first eye exam. I highly recommend them. Thank you to Dr. Gaudio and the staff!!
