It was easy to make an appointment. The store front faces the parking lot in the back, which has ample parking, even with February snow. Dr. Ni and her staff took proper precautions to ensure that everything was clean, as I saw that they wipe down EVERYTHING in between patients, including glasses that I tried on but ultimately didn't purchase. During COVID, they were properly masked up and only had one patient at a time. Dr. Ni answered all of my questions and was very professional. I highly recommend Dr. Ni and this practice :)

Dr. Ni and the staff at Glen Cove Eye Care are the best! My eye exam was very thorough, and Dr. Ni took the time to answer all of my questions. All of the equipment she used seemed very state of the art and her expertise was greatly appreciated. She made a recommendation for a different type of contact lenses due to some issues I was having, and it worked out great! I also got a new pair of glasses, which Michael (at the front desk) helped me pick out after trying on many frames to find the perfect ones. The level of care, professionalism, product selection, and pricing are all excellent!

Just got a pair of progressive lenses, and I'm amazed at the quality. The eye exam was quick and painless. Kudos to the good staff!

I wish not to be writing this review. I have had a worst experience. Product is very expensive. Glasses were not adjusted and crooked, lenses are not good quality, nose pads are the cheapest and different lengths. Must know what you're getting and ask for it, than you're not liked because you are knowledgeable. Takes long to get it done. Don't trust. Sales lady is sweet but technician abviosly don't care for people. I'm very disappointed.

I can’t rave enough about this place! The lady’s here are wonderful, and so helpful. The manager was beyond helpful on how to make this a great experience for me. She answered all my questions, and I went forward with my eye exam. The young lady who did my exam was very informative and patient. She told me what to do step by step and also had me feeling very comfortable. The eye doctor was very sweet. The manager had me try on a few different pairs, and surprisingly I went out of my comfort zone and got a different pair than I’ve been wearing! And love it! Overall 5 star experience!

We were extremely pleased with our experience in receiving eye care service at Pearle Vision of Roslyn. Each step in the process was handled expertly by a staff that emphasizes customer service. When we arrived we were greeted warmly and professionally at the desk. Our eyes were examined by Dr. Stacy Kosik at Pearle, who was friendly, conscientious and thorough. Then came the only difficult part of the experience: having to choose from their wide variety of attractive frames. That was made easier by the help we received from Bessie, whose good taste and judgment helped us make our decision. Grace then helped to make sure that a complex billing situation was handled correctly. (In a subsequent visit, we really appreciated and benefited from Grace’s warmth, knowledge and genuine desire to ensure that we had the most satisfactory experience with the purchase of our glasses.) Before picking up our new glasses, we were helped on the phone with a question by Ming, who was very nice and cooperative as he answered us. After we picked up our glasses, we called Pearle with an issue, and Veronica and the owner, Wayne Kelly, couldn’t be nicer and more accommodating. Wayne offered to get us a new replacement pair of glasses to make sure we were satisfied—no questions asked. When we returned to pick up our replacement glasses, Wayne attended to us immediately, and was kind, respectful and charming in making sure we were satisfied, and we were. We highly recommend Pearle Vision of Roslyn.

I have been a customer at Pearle Vision in Roslyn, NY for many years. I have always been pleased with their professionalism and service. I recently moved to Florida but I visit NY often. I needed a second pair of eyeglasses in case my primary pair broke and I was on a short time frame since I was leaving on vacation soon. Grace worked with me for close to an hour to make sure I had picked the right frame for my new glasses. They were shipped to me in Florida in time for my trip. Grace was super patient and friendly. Thank you Grace and Wayne for all your help over the years. Your asssistance has been greatly appreciated!

I have had the pleasure of using Pearl Vision as my optician for close to twenty years. They always have the best selection of frames, latest technology, and extraordinary customer service . Do yourself a favor. If you need glasses, or a vision check, go to Pearle Vision in Roslyn.

I wait on the phone 20 minutes or more before speaking to a live person. The recording reports the same message over and over. And the staff are incompetent. I’ve been a customer 29 years and the place has become horrible… Going to take my business elsewhere- it’s disgraceful.

Staff disconnected, they change all the time. My husband and I were not able to get our vaccination bc they were not entering the info correctly in the computer and were asking us to Pat $200 each when I was speaking to my private insurance and they were telling me the vaccination was covered by then
