Busy morning @ Springfield West Target Optical but it was well worth the wait. Competent and cordial customer service. Which is really rare these days. Explained the pricing and measuring procedures and answered all my questions.

Very thorough. I had Cataract surgery & Kelly was a gem. Went back for a 7 moth check up & she said the eye which was done 6 months ago looked good along with no need for anything on the other. I would highly highly recommend her.

Thank you Lawrence for fixing my glasses in 5 minutes! I bought a lovely pair of progressives last summer at Pearle Vision, Springfield mall, and a decorative piece fell off the side recently. I didn’t think it could be fixed without buying a new pair or sending my pair off for three weeks to be fixed at the manufacturer. Lawrence saw a brilliant solution and just swapped out the arm of another pair with mine. No charge! I’m so grateful.
