Can’t say enough about the friendly and welcoming staff! Having children that wear glasses can be challenging but the office and staff are always willing to help fix any issues that arise and unfortunately they do often in our house! I appreciate the entire office so much! Special thanks to Greg, for discounting the frames it is much appreciated.

As always the service was great. I got new glasses this time. I normally get a year supply of contacts. I brought them my own frames and they did my lenses. Glasses were ready less than the 2 weeks expectancy. Love the team the doctor has.

Very professional and knowledgeable. I placed an order on a pair of safety glasses and regular prescription glasses and was able to pick them up at the same time and in a timely manner.

I am recanting my review of this facility as it went from 5 plus stars to -0 stars. As a business owner in the same community as the Lens Crafters in Springfield Pa. I purchased a pair of frames and lens from the facility literally less than 60 days ago. I called to state there is a defect in the molding of the frames and was told I didn't purchase the protection plan so I was up the creek without a paddle. Now mind you the store manager Marie I dealt with at the time of purchase was great. The young lady name Lola was horrendous. I asked if she had another frame of the same in stock and if not please order one in so as they can swap out the lens when I arrive, She stated I would have to come in first etc. Now my request wasn't extreme by any means, so in essence wasting 2 trip and to resolve one issue. Now mind you I cannot be without my optical wear. Lola has no sense of urgency, nor does she know how to resolve a reasonable request. Her response was Marie is not in and she would have to transfer my case to her. What is truly the case. I spent $500.00 on glasses, there is a defect in the frame and no outside influence, please order me in a new frame, call me when they are there, swap out my lens i purchased. If this is a act of congress for this individual Lola , then maybe she should be trained on customer resolution and de-escalation. I will wait for Marie to phone me on 10/05/2023.

I had a phenomenal experience at the LensCrafters in Springfield! I had not had a comprehensive eye exam in several years and Dr. Williams was so patient while walking me through the steps of my exam and explaining my prescription to me. Also, Jacques was amazing in helping me pick out my first pair of glasses as I sorted through 20+ frames to find my perfect fit. I appreciate the wonderful service and will definitely return!

I just wanted to take the time to publicly thank Jesse for his amazing work. I called the store reluctantly to see if they would be able to fix my daughter’s glasses as they were being held together with gorilla tape, and Jesse said he would take a look at them and see what he could do. Well, not even 10 minutes later, Jesse came back with her glasses fixed and not to mention at no charge! We will definitely be back to this LensCrafters location all thanks to Jesse and his kindness. Thank you Jesse!

Horrible! Say no to the virtual exam! It’s terrible and they got my prescription wrong twice! The staff are unprofessional, visually and behaviorally. They look sloppy and seem unskilled. The quality of lenses sucked too. I got the most expensive one and it still didn’t compare to the quality of Lens Crafters. Their “ultra thin” are coke bottles compared to Lens Crafter. I also ordered contacts and they went right to giving me the most expensive ones. When the order didn’t come in for like 3 months they gave me a less expensive brand and said “oh I’m not sure why no one told you these were out of stock and that they were the platinum ones and the lesser priced ones were just as good”. So they basically admitted they didn’t even offer me a lesser priced same quality brand. Do yourself a favor, pay extra for an out of network provider if you have VSP.

Stephen at Christiana hooked me up with this location and Dave squeezed us in last minute when my daughter failed her eye test in Driver’s Ed and I was scrambling to get her seen somewhere so she can drive in class this semester.
Literally every person we interacted with there was kind and helpful. The girl that took us back was efficient and friendly, Doctor Pritchard was kind and knowledgeable with a caring and warm presence, the store manager, (I think), Dave is the GOAT, and the dark haired Phillies fan that put in our order was also great.
Had no issues with our insurance and they were so efficient for being a last minute booking. We really appreciate you all! Thanks again.

I would highly recommend Dr. Steiner. I’ve been going to Moore Eye Institute for about 2 years. Dr. Steiner has been a wonderful addition to the practice. He took over when my previous Dr. decided to more on. He communicates clearly and has a wonderful bed side manner. I see him in the new Springfield Office. The staff is very pleasant & accommodating.
