I recently found out that this location was under new management and decided to give it a try. I am so happy that I made that decision. Nico was a huge help in finding the right pair of glasses for me and my son. My son is autistic and Nico had so much patience and he made my son feel so comfortable. Nico made shopping for glasses such a pleasure for me and my son The doctor who gave us our exam’s was fantastic also, he too had so much patience with my son. I will definitely be coming back to this location

Do yourself a favor and find a different clinic! This place is hopelessly unorganized and very poorly run. I have been coming here for over a year for treatment of a rare eye condition and not once have I had my appointment on time. Today they were 45 minutes late and that’s about average. The care is decent, I have no complaints about that, but you kind of expect that generally. But the lack of consideration for their patient’s time is maddening, especially since it’s not a one off situation but rather business as usual. I’m definitely going to be looking for somewhere else to go moving forward.

Dr. Jeff Sperry and his team in Bozeman provide an outstanding experience from start to finish. Dr. Sperry is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to explain everything clearly without making you feel rushed. The exam was thorough, and I appreciated how attentive he was to my vision concerns and overall eye health. The office staff was friendly, organized, and welcoming, making the entire appointment smooth and stress-free. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients and providing top-notch care. I highly recommend Dr. Jeff Sperry to anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy optometrist in Bozeman!

I have a complex and severe eye condition, and Dr. Morgan Renner has taken the time to carefully manage my treatment and advocate on my behalf when it really mattered. Recently, Dr. Renner helped get an important medication approved after an insurance appeal, which made a meaningful difference for me. I truly appreciate that level of care and follow-through. The entire team has also been professional, supportive, and responsive throughout the process. I’m very thankful for their dedication and would highly recommend this practice.

Had my first Falls City Eye Care visit and it was great! I was seen by Dr Sutton, who took lots of time walking me through my eye health and best options for contact lenses, she even got me to switch from Dailies to Monthlies, and helped me better understand an allergy I thought was preventing that swap. Super happy with my experience and the service provided by all the supporting staff. They have a great operation and I'll definitely rely on them for my eye care in the future. Oh I got a parking ticket outside like a dumbo so be sure to pay for parking or do research beforehand for nearby free options, don't be like me.

Joanie is very kind. Chatty and determined to find me the best fit, nicest look, and most suitable features for my first-ever glasses. I was very nervous and defensive. Joanie put me at ease. I have been back for every update since then, always great service!

I have been a loyal patient for five-plus years. Dr. Ngo is professional and knowledgeable, and he knows exactly what you need. I go to both locations every six months for my contacts and glasses.

Came here three days ago and told doctor Cohen I had already been on antibiotics for three days for my conjunctivitis and that it was extremely painful. He dismissed my thoughts that it was a viral infection. My pain was a 9 out of ten, so bad I couldn’t sleep without maxing out on Motrin and Tylenol AND drinking heavily. He gave me nothing for pain and told me to take Motrin which I was already doing. He prescribed more antibiotics and steroids for my viral eye infection. You don’t have to be a doctor to know Antibiotics don’t help viral infections. The pain was excruciating! It felt like somebody was writing on my eye with a ball point pen. I came back today for a follow up and waited for two hours with my mom before we asked why literally everyone in the waiting room was seen before me. They told me they were calling my name and wrote me off as a no show. How is that possible? Me and my mom both didn’t hear them call my name? I doubt that. Even if that’s true, No text? No phone call? Really? They offered to reschedule my appointment for the afternoon but I have other things I need to do besides give any of my hard earned money to this disgrace of a clinic. They weren’t always like this. In the past I actually had good service but apparently not anymore. You want patients to come back? Listen to them when they tell you they are in pain. I wonder if Dr Cohen would treat his son or brother the way I was treated. Just completely wrote off everything I said. Disgusting.
