Dr. Williamson is very friendly, courteous & professional. She has a very comfortable personality and I was very much at ease with her to perform my surgical percedure. A great doctor!!!

Dr crozier was excellent in helping my son. He finally understood living with low vision is not as much of a struggle as he thought. Her testing technique was incredible. All of her tips with the phone also helpful.

Thank you Lawrence for fixing my glasses in 5 minutes! I bought a lovely pair of progressives last summer at Pearle Vision, Springfield mall, and a decorative piece fell off the side recently. I didn’t think it could be fixed without buying a new pair or sending my pair off for three weeks to be fixed at the manufacturer. Lawrence saw a brilliant solution and just swapped out the arm of another pair with mine. No charge! I’m so grateful.

I normally don’t write reviews, but I was so impressed with Lisa, I felt she needed to be recognized… She was thoughtful, efficient, and effective… A true model of customer service. My glasses were not fitting properly, and she took the time to properly assess it, and instead of telling me I need new glasses, she made the appropriate repairs and structural modifications with replacement parts. I truly appreciate her honesty and professionalism.

I been going to Pearl Vision for almost ten years. I love going there. Their receptionists are the nicest ppl you would ever meet. They really know how to treat ppl & their are very helpful to your needs.

The service I received from Michelle in the vision center was outstanding! Awesome! She was patient and pleasant and made this process wonderful. I highly recommend Michelle. She assisted me with my glasses from the beginning to the end and answered all of my questions. Thank you, Michelle! On the otherchand, the KOP location, where I live, DID NOT help me! I am pleased with the Springfield Walmart for their help. It was worth the car ride. I am satisfied and happy! Thanks again! Way to go!

Americas Worst!! Terrible experience, unfortunately. On August 30, 2023 i had an appointment. When i got home i read my prescription and it was not my prescription. It was another persons prescription attached with her address and other personal information. I called that night and they told me they would send out my correct prescription. It arrived in The mail five days later. It was my prescription from 2022. My prescription had changed since then. This was the reason i needed a new exam. I called that day. They told me someone would call me back. After hours later the manager. Was unapologetic and said, “Yea yours script wasn’t processed that day. It will be at the counter waiting on you”. Terrible service. She neglected to address the fact that two of her employees dropped the ball by showing incompetence. She showed she could care less that i had been inconvenienced several times due to their mistake. Time is so invaluable. After i get my correct prescription, i will never patronize them again. I’ll make sure to deter anyone from dealing with an unprofessional HIPPA violating establishment. What a shame.

I like it here. The receptionist was beyond kind, as well as the technician who took care of helping me find glasses. She was very fun, and easy to talk to. Although the wait for my appointment was a little longer than I expected, my glasses are the right prescription.
