This was my very first time going to a Lens Crafters location for my vision care and I truly loved my experience!!! Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable about my eye health and eyewear products and they were so patient with me being so indecisive. I will refer them to others and continue coming here for my vision care

I had a great experience. Gave me back my faith in medical community. Doctor Cohen gained my trust within minutes of meeting him, which is so important to a patient and the healing process. Professional and caring staff. Not left waiting for long periods of time. I left actually looking forward to my surgery!

I was impressed to find that the front desk staff know my son by name. Very nice people. I would like if the doctor would take a bit more time in explaining things. I feel like I have to pry out information sometimes. He's been doing a great job of handling a complex retinal detachment for my son though, and we greatly appreciate it.

Came in on 10/31/23 for a 6 months check-up. Front desk staff is extremely rude. No greetings, no acknowledgment, attitude is unacceptable. Previous staffs were way nicer and much more helpful.

Had a great experience at the Katzman Eye Associates. Waited only 15 minutes and was seen by Dr. Nolan, who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and who thoroughly examined my eyes. She did a great job explaining my symptoms and I would recommend her to other patients. There is ample parking and the office is easy to locate when you enter the building. You must wear a mask in the office.

Waited an hour and a half and still didn't get to see the dr. And they still charged me the co-pay while I rescheduled. Some of us have jobs and can't miss 1/2 day of work.

Katzman Eye Assoc was acquired by Wills Eye. Things have gone downhill very fast. It is difficult to secure appointment. A phone call is much lengthier with having to listen to a lot of options that do not apply to me. An online appointment requires one to fill a form and then someone returns call. It seems a lot of their work is being dumped on prospective patient . . very smart on their part but why would I undertake to do their work. Finally, they tried to pass off an Optometrist as a medical doctor, which she is not. At one stage they also tried to bill me for the entire visit as an out of pocket expense because they do not take the insurance I have. Overall, I would not recommend this new outfit to anyone based on my experience.

Had a wonderful experience at KOP Family Eye Care! It was quick and easy to schedule an appointment. The front desk was kind and professional. Dr. Ellwood was amazing and thoughtful in his medical explanations; I felt that I was receiving truly individualized care! I also opted to order contacts through the office and received them within 36 hours to my home address. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new eye doctor!

Dr. Ellwood is one of the few practitioners that you look forward to seeing and you will actually get excited that you have a doctors appointment. He cares, makes you laugh and is extremely thorough in his exams. … More

I absolutely love this office! Dr. Ellwood always takes the time to explain exactly what he is doing and gives plenty of time to ask questions. On top of that, he is kind with a great sense of humor. Everyone in this office is friendly and extremely professional.I will never go anywhere else!
