Dr. Nguyen and her staff are amazing! I’ve been looking for a new, permanent optometrist and I’ve found them. Great location with a lot of nice shops around, and the team here are very friendly and professional!

My doctor left before the merger. Since I had an appointment with Dr. Moffatt, they called me to reschedule to Jennifer Kerns. I took the day off from work for today’s appointment.when I checked in at the counter a woman named Cynthia told me appointment was canceled because of her medical leave. They never called me to reschedule. I was so upset is because she never even showed sympathy towards customers like me. I was waiting for the appointment for 3months after rescheduling. This new company really here to make money I truly believe that.and push people around. Her manager named Malia took over she kept telling me she will address to her manager but I didn’t believe that. She said the doctor is booked and I need to reschedule. So I said . I brought my prescription that still hasn’t expired so I demanded no doctor, just fill my contact lenses and I will never come back here again. I used to pay $40 out of pocket for a year supply but counter person said I need to pay $250 after insurance. So all I got was 6 month supply. New company doesn’t care about you all. I highly NOT recommend this place. Lack of empathy is all about them. So sad

Dr Richardson is amazing! Super nice and has even sat down to ring me up. However the process of assisting customers on the phone needs to be improved greatly. I'm not sure I've called and waited less than 5 minutes. Most of the time I hang up (6 minutes must be my limit!). Please improve this process! I've been a loyal customer for 5-6 years. :)

I have been loyal customers for years and was refused services because I do not purchase products from the location. I was told in order to continue to fund the lab, they are only servicing patients who guarantee to purchase products …

Went here because I had something in my eye from work. The doctor that examined my eye was awesome. Extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful. She got the plastic piece out of my eye and explained everything thoroughly. I did not have to wait long and everyone in the office was very nice as well. This was my first time here but I can tell they truly care about their patients as the doctor told me to call back with how I was doing tomorrow and if it didn’t get better by Monday to come back. I was very happy with my experience here and will definitely come back in the future if any eye care is needed.

I have worked in the Medical field for over 20 years. Dr. Young is one of the most caring and hands on doctors with his patients. He takes the time to go over and review all findings and answer all your questions and concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Young for your Eye Care Service.

I recently had cataract surgery performed by Dr Giltner. Not only did he come in prior to my surgery to see if I had any questions but he also took the time out to ease any fears that I was having. The staff at Abell Eyes are great. They are very friendly and make you feel welcomed and not just another number or dollar sign. So, if you are considering having cataract surgery I highly recommend Abell Eyes and I promise you that you will not be disappointed!!!

Dr. Harooni was my last attempt before switching to another practice. I am so glad I took the chance. Great doctor, so much energy and always feel like I get the answers I need for my severe dry eye issues. Always a good time.

I've been wearing eyeglasses for years and this is the best experience I've ever had. Dr. Davis was excellent and Sandra at the optical was super! Both very helpful, professional, respectful and informative. The ladies at the front desk and the young man did a great job too. I highly recommended this place. I'm very satisfied with this visit.

As always the kindest & most knowledgeable eye doc around! I used Dr.Leclair until he retired. Dr. Johnson is very popular as an eye doc& seems to me -has too many clients in a day. Poor guy has to go without a lunch break!! Since we know the original guy who started Spokane Clinic many years ago (Gates) doubt he would be impressed with how Dr. Johnson is used without complaining & way over booked. NOT fare... Pay him more or get additional docs from out of state- if necessary! Another suggestion, please tell clients they will need to spend around 2 hours to complete their appointment. I had an 8 app.& did not get called back until 8:20 and had to cancel my 10 am app. Overall I feel Spokane Eye Clinic is the best in Spokane. I have had cataract surgery, deteched retina, whole in my retina as well mono vision surgery & my eyes are doing well. Thanks, Carolyn Denison
